      Then you should watch India Media Firstpost news channel report about China. The lady reporter Palki's, she is the biggest liar when reporting about China. Not a day we don't get to see her reporting fake news that she specially fabricated to mock and bash China. She claims she is an expert in China affairs. Absolutely correct! The basic philosophy behind China's view towards religion is this:
      1. if your religion is as powerful and attractive as you say it is, people will naturally gravitate to your religion by their own accord, hearing about it through word of mouth and there is no need to proselytize it (ie shoving or forcing the religion down the throats of people, in other words, is not needed).
      2. the religion must not create chaos and disharmony in society as cults have done.
      3. the religious order must work with the government in tandem - where the government provides funds for its buildings and looks after the poor, the sick, the needy and the dispossessed and there is no need for money to be collected for any other purpose.
      If the religious order adheres to the above, there is no problem.

    If you go to China you will see halal street and many many halal restaurants. Also, Every school and company have Muslim halal cafeterias in China. My hometown is in a small city in North near to the ocean, many people knows each other, we have special cafeteria for Muslim students in our school and in my mom’s work place too. There is a beautiful mosque near our condo we can hear their bells ringing. There was a river and big grass space between our condo community and mosque, the shepherd from mosque put his sheeps on the grass and he will put his hat on the face lying down on the grass fall asleep, we were kids so we will playing with his sheeps. The mosque has a big white round top which is very stand out and beautiful, so one day I walked in, I saw beautiful carpets and colorful and gold color interiors, there was a guy saw me didn’t say anything, looked a me as a family. We were at a small city and I never seen a house beautiful and exotic like this before, look like in the movie. And they have yard too. It didn’t look like China at all.

    Most Chinese, including Xinjiang people, cannot see Western media reports, and cannot go to social media such as UA-cam and Facebook, so Chinese rarely refute those fallacies and false reports. I think the reasons are, first, that most Chinese people don't know about these reports, and second, even if people studying and doing business in countries outside China know, they rarely refute it, partly because of language problems, not speaking English, and partly because they don't know the truth very well, because China is very big, and people who are not Xinjiang are not very able to know the real situation. But they have basically come into contact with Xinjiang people, because Xinjiang has restaurants in some big cities in China, and some Xinjiang people go to universities all over China, and everyone knows that Xinjiang people are doing well.

    I briefly lived in Xinjiang for about two months, I was in Urumqi, the capital of the province, and I can objectively say that Xinjiang may not actually be as good as many pro-China youtubers on the internet make it out to be. The Chinese government is doing far more restrictions here than in any other province in China, and I did encounter 'Mandarin police' in Xinjiang who don't allow kids in Xinjiang to speak Uyghur or the local Chinese dialect, they have to speak Mandarin. These behaviors also seem to me to be reprehensible. But similarly, a lot of western media reports on Xinjiang are total bullshit, they make up lies, smear China, and extremely exaggerate the shortcomings of Xinjiang just to export their political stance and make people hate China and Chinese people. That's why one should always go to any place to see it for themselves and have a fact-checking critical mindset about the information on the internet.

    • @hyc1266
      @hyc1266 8 місяців тому

      The "Mandarin police" probably doesn't understand the Uyghur language and needed the kids to speak in Mandarin to him. • @bfc4837
      @bfc4837 8 місяців тому +6

      There is no way the police are preventing children from speaking Uyghur, you are trying to defend a lie with a partially reasonable narrative.
      Unless the police cannot understand Uyghur and need the children to speak Mandarin to communicate, it is impossible to not allow the children to speak their own language in other situations.
      It is not difficult to understand. If a Han Chinese who speaks Cantonese encounters a police officer who only speaks Mandarin, he will also need to answer questions in Mandarin. Mandarin is the unified language of the country and everyone needs to be able to speak it, except some elderly people.
      By the way, I have lived in Xinjiang for 15 years.

      @horaceleung8646 8 місяців тому +4

      When I was learning English, my teacher told me that language is a tool that allows people to communicate and understand each other. In China, there are 9 languages spoken by over 5 million people, as well as countless regional languages. So, is there a problem with China turning Mandarin into the official language in school? Isn't it common sense for citizens of a country to learn and use their official language? Why has it become a criticized issue in China instead?
      I don't know which country you are from. For example, I immigrate to your country and become a citizen of your country. I found that my son cannot use Chinese for school and just can only use the language of your country. So, based on your logic, could I say that your country is committing a cultural genocide against Chinese people?

    • @George-k6o9t

      @horaceleung8646 7 місяців тому

      @@George-k6o9t I think there are now enough means to protect languages that are not spoken by many people. Moreover, your statement is clearly Western logic applied to China. In most ethnic minority areas of China, bilingual education is implemented, which includes local languages and Mandarin. So, there is no issue of cultural genocide.
      After completing the harvest of the world, the West uses their logic to accuse others of what they have done before as facts. Because in Western logic, a single language is bound to lead to a cultural genocide. That's because when the West harvests, it forces others to learn their language and doesn't even consider bilingual education.
      Another similar example is that the West is the main producer of the greenhouse effect, but it places the responsibility on developing countries like China and India, using various treaties to limit their pace of development or require them to meet certain extremely difficult conditions. Do you think this is reasonable? What's even more ridiculous is that when China meets the conditions proposed by the West and demands that the West fulfill the commitments in the agreement, they say they will withdraw from the agreement. Is there anything more shameless than this?
      The Western thinking logic is pirate style plunder, while the Chinese thinking logic is agricultural self-sufficiency, which is the biggest difference between the East and the West. The West believes that strength inevitably brings plunder, but in the eyes of the Chinese, strength brings stability and comfort to life.

      Free education, free healthcare, free poverty relief projects, protection against Islam extremist brainwashing, longer life expectancy, bigger population, free to attend praying in mosques, free to use Uighur language, and more decent jobs ... All these have been happening in Uighur communities in Xinjiang. More importantly, all the Muslim countries in the world are supporting China on its policies in Xinjiang.
      "Genocide"? “Forced labor"? Dirty minds now use these words like cheap jokes, when it is the devils who have been bombing, torturing and exploiting Muslims - elders, women, children - for decades in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Mali, Somali and other different countries, using their most advanced weapons and sanctions, without anyone being held accountable for war crimes and crimes against humanity...TALK ABOUT Hypocrites!
      So the last question: How to help the Uighur people in Xinjiang? Well, according to the sanctions proposed by the "noble" US congressmen, fire your Uighur employees and don't hire any Uighurs anymore, stop doing business with any Uighur companies, and avoid/boycott anything the Uighur people in Xinjiang produce. Ridiculous? Yes. So it's clear that the US Congress want to make sure that the Uighurs will be unemployed, poor, and easier to be brainwashed by religious extremists and terrorists, which will turn Xinjiang into unrest and chaos and stop China's development, somehow.
      Fortunately, the global smearing campaign against China on Uighur in Xinjiang seems to have failed miserably, because this time they are barking at the wrong country - China, which is too powerful and too smart to be pushed around.
      The United Nations should release a new report of true situation in Xinjiang, and push China's Xinjiang policy as the best practices of fighting terrorism and poverty for the world.
