I am enjoying these. I'm so glad she is willing to candidly share. Question, has Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg visited or become involved in your museum in any way.

Stephen has taken a lot of heat and me being someone who doesn’t believe in the lone assassin theory, I have to say he is doing good work getting these people documented and letting them tell their stories.

Given their location at the time of the 3rd shot, the Newmans are, along with Abraham Zapruder, among the few who realized immediately that the President had suffered a fatal wound. This is why in some footage, you see Bill Newman pounding the grass in frustration as he is shielding his son.

It's nice hearing Mrs. Newman speak. Usually when she's at these events she doesn't say very much.

Almost asked the question I've wondered of the Newmans...do they think they were not called before the Warren Commission because of their WFAA-TV interview minutes after the assassination? It's hard to change your story once it's been broadcast on television.

Excellent presentation. Stephen Fagin has my dream job ;) I would suggest however perhaps having the moderator repeat all the questions from the audience, or perhaps add them as subtitles. In most cases I could not hear the questions being asked. Looking forward to more.

hulaguitar, it is my conclusion that curator Fagin is knowingly `suppressing the questions from the audience. He has to back the Warren Commission stand.

With the release of the reports in the last couple of weeks, I've been thinking about the Newmans and what their take is.

Good interview as usual but in many interviews in the past she has agreed that she thought the shots or some of the shots came from Grassy knoll area,This is why there is so much confusion....... Witnesses not sticking to what they saw or heard no matter whatever that may be.....

Love these. Thanks Sixth Floor team. At the 7:35 mark of this video it’s mentioned Phil Willis snapped that photo as he heard the first shot. Has the moment of Phil’s photo been matched to the corresponding Zapruder frame?

How could they do that? Unless they were standing next to each other at the same angle…..

Karen Westbrook is 50 feet east of Gayle and right under Stemmons freeway sign. Both Gayle (9:27) and Karen said shots were from behind. Book depositary is way to their left (east). Please watch Karen Westbrook's video from March, 16 2018.

I have wondered if after the assassination if Bill Newman was able to go back to his job as an electrician or if bc of the widespread knowledge of the Newman family on WFAA that it would make it hard to work with people asking questions and people from the press wanting so much media info that it would interfere with the daily order of things. I also have wondered if the Newman children were ever treated differently once people knew who they were, like did their school friends treat them different, or teachers

How many shots were fired and what was the location of the car at each shot??

  • @wandajames6234
    @wandajames6234 2 роки тому +1

at 7:45 minutes in-- the photo-- why are they focussing on where the Newmans were when look up behind them on the wall on the knoll-- you can see two figures but NO rifle-- and he says this pic was taken at the moment of the first shot-- if there was a gunman up there, he would have been there in sight, especially since there are 2 people already up there watching from behind that wall. And if a shot did come from there when the car reached the Newmans the bullet would have gone through Kennedy's head crosswise not back to front. Newman said he thought it came from there because of the way Kennedy fell but what other way could he have fallen?? he couldn't fall forwards or backwards or to the right.

The ballistics, studied by many experts over the decades, completely eliminates any bullets being fired from the Knoll area...the Plaza was an echo chamber...many sincere people there were just plain wrong, but not lying...they were just fooled by the weird echos that happened.

This lady and her husband are the best parents in the world. They both deserve honorary Secret Service Badges and pensions, as they acted more Secret Service than nearly everyone that day. True heroes who set an example for the world. Ironically, no one said a word about JFKs' kids that day. Not one word all day long.

Gayle mentioned how her husband was so close he could have run to the car and pushed the president down to the seat for his own protection. Jackie Kennedy prob had nightmares wishing she had done that after the first or second shot. The secret service was criticized for late night drinking in a Dallas bar the night before, which may have impaired their reactions. The driver of the limo, for example, actually slowed down rather than sped away. Some of agents in the following car didn't know what to do. But an agent who didn't go out drinking and who was guarding LBJ, reacted immediately to the gunfire and threw the VP to the car floor and shielded his body. Needless to say, there were alot of reforms to how SS agents conduct themselves, after the JFK assassination.

@@curbozerboomer1773 it’s in the Bible chapter Job 33:25 and Psalm’s 103:5, Isaiah 40:31. Once the righteous ones possess the earth Psalms 37:29. And then you can live forever on it. 😊

I remember Mr. Peppmint! As a child when I stayed with family in Kaufman, TX (Raymond and Edna Lee Wheeler) I watched that show.
