- Hi Everyone,
Here is MY recipe for fried chicken, let me know in the comments below how you like to make your fried chicken and if you are going to give my recipe a try!
For this recipe you will need:
10 pieces of chicken
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sesame oil
2 eggs beaten
1/2 sleeve of unsalted crackers/ crix / bread crumbs/ panic
Oil to Fry
seasoning for cracker coating: 1/4 tsp of all dry ingredients listed above

Hi I'm Guyanese and a little Trinidadian people
is it okay not bake it or do u do dis just for meat be soft so when fried it soft and eats proper cuz usually depending on how meat is we boil first get it lil soft then fry let me know if baking is another method get it soft before frying
Boiling will work as well but if you can season your meat the night before would be better so it will tenderize and infuse flavour better.
Put the biscuit in the food processor and it will be good! I also do it ur way in the bag but take up too much time lol but I will try ur recipe soon

I wiuld suggest you use gloves while preparing your dishes
I'm at home cooking only for my family so I don't need to. Occasionally I will when I'm cutting meat or using a lot of pepper, but it's not necessary
