Some years the whole plate hold the throttle wires , its in one piece. If thats the case, saw off the leg on the bottom right and reinstall

There is no restrictor on an 125 bike
The whole bike is a restrictor bro.
the engine bro swap it otherwise it's a lawnmower
Why you removed that.For full opening throttles;Any difference in riding;
Go ride at half throttle and then go ride at full throttle and report back here what difference you noticed
this is why you dont give children ipads at age 5
