It is important to note that these opinions reflects his perspective, and there are individuals who choose to build houses upcountry for various reasons, such as a desire for tranquility, privacy, or a closer connection to nature. Ultimately, the decision to build a house upcountry or in an urban area depends on individual preferences, lifestyle choices, and specific circumstances.
The issue is building a house that is only occupied for a week during the festive season.
It is a house you never live in .
One of the Best Interviews ..
The guy is in business he is one of those people who never want people to be independent mostly wale hawajawai shika million Moja.
Dr.Kingori please work on the sound of the videos please. Hukuwa low. Great content.🔥
Very educative interview for those who want to invest
Great interview, thank you for sharing
Wow💪💪
Buying houses in the city opens up lands upcountry for farming. You can lease the land for extra cash flow.
I think its advisable to build a moderate house upcountry to retire to but not those huge mansions seen around, some with stair cases. With time children would want to be independent and move out leaving behind the parents. How will they manage maintainance and climbing stairs.I have a friend who is already blaming himself to have made a wrong decision to have build a big mansinnette.
Just here to greet dr kingori 😂
Imagine this guy is talking absoulutly truth. I dont have any property but i realy believe everything he is saying.
Utakua nayo nivile Siku yako haijafika.
Me too 🙏🏾
No always build in the village. You'll be living large in cities then time umechapa unaenda kujikunja kwa matope ocha
Who didn't learn something during COVID times???
My friend Jenga upcountry if u want to furthermore, east or west home is the best.
What do I think? “hmmmm!” let’s see…
Based on my vast professional experience that has nothing to do with this topic, I believe lifelong decisions are based on one’s view of future prospects. Right? If one projects a future strain on resources (e.g loss of a job or failure of a business), then it’s only prudent to rush to that rural place and build a home you can always crawl back to - you know, mambo ikichemka😅. Trust me, you don’t wanna be caught in the cirry bila rent na hauna pa Kwenda. Also, kumbuka that Latisha you pick around westlands might kaundu switch to your step mom 😅. Ukimpeleka shags anapita na Guka mnakosa inheritance 😂😂😂🚼 uyo ni shosho yako ata “😂😭😭. Moral of the story? Fear women!
Shiet! I forgot where I was going with this…
Lemme go utilize those 3 hours I set aside 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
weh Kingori, huyu jamaa ako advertisement na wewe uko jokes. Unaona he is the driver of the show. Billionaires are serious people. any chance is drumming up business. Kujijengea is cheaper than kununua though... plus you customize your own mjengo as you deem fit.
I dont resonate with this guy at all for me i will build ushago , reasons where do i get that 20m-30M-40Mecr to buy a flat /massonate ,again when one gets old you dont want to be in the city with the youths and chaos ,traffic moving up and down on stair cases can never be me building ushago is a must IF you have land peace of mind and noise free customise the house as you wish and again a bit cheaper and you will have all the plans in your hand city should be hustle and in invest but retire peacefull in ushago old and refrail 🎉🎉
What business can you start with 500k I need an idea....
my boss
What can you do with 500k , just curious.....
So he wants everyone to crowd in the cities?
When you're 80 years old what will you be doing in the city ,how will you climb the stairs ,
It is important to have a house in the city even when 80. Remember you will be spending some of your times seeing your doctor. Mashinani will make it difficult for you seeing your doctor. Again by the time you 80, your kids could be married and probably working in towns or outside the country, who will take care of you if you won't have a house in the city. Assume your wife atakuwa ameenda.
Probably there would even be noisy clubs outside your city home na uko na tudawa twa precha, unakula reggae till morning
Nimeona Matiangi Kwa Thumbnail!
Thought so too.
Niletwe live nikue nachekea studio 😂
This guy is marketing his business..ukitetire utabaki town ukifanya nini na uko na kwenu..Guys build houses kwenu nyumbani..
Long term. Invest in Treasury Bonds with an interest rate of 14% per annum. Fanya hesabu zako. Jenga ushagoo. Take those Bonds and retire ushagoo. Thank me later.
Compounded Interest Rates for that matter.
Dont glorify poverty/Suffering
Nonsense...upcountry is where the life is. I can NEVER buy/build in city.
Collecting tips 😅
Is it just me or this guy is dodging the questions😅 Haven’t answered even a single question he’s been asked. Yeye anasema tu vitu zake
😅😅😅
Of course it doesn't make sense to him, coming from a house salesman trying to sell you a house .
Building up countries is muuch healthier what is these mentally colonised coconuts 😂😂 saying
