Thank you Dr Levine and Fritzi for a very informative and helpful podcast. You both demonstrate kindness, empathy and compassion. All human beings could learn and benefit from this and previous Compassion in Action podcasts especially with Dr Gabor Mate and Dr Bruce Perry. Fritzi, sincere appreciation for all the work you do in enlightening your viewers.

Thank you for your time and great work. The adverts every 5 minutes really interrupts the flow and connection of the message being delivered.
