How to replace cluster panel on 2003 Camry

Please help , will it work .....if Toyota camry 2005 miles type cluster changed into canadian cluster kilometres type ..can it be done ? Will it work fine ?

If your cluster is bad and they do go bad, you change it out. It's legal.

No guy is trying to fix the issue whoever changed it before messed up I think they gave fake mileage on tegistration
