On Tuesday, I could not play because the game was offline for maintenance. On Thursday I went in to play and my farm was gone. I have been to Customer Service at Supercell twice and they brushed me off both times. My farm is gone because you just had to do an update and apparently someone forgot to back up the accounts or something beforehand. How many others are in the same boat with no recourse?
