I'm a substitute teacher and it amazes me the excuses students come up with to leave the class. Unless they're going to the bathroom they can't go anywhere. Every class room has a telephone. Two students in one class asked if they could go to the front office to make a phone call. I told them to use the one in the class room. One male student actually called his mother who was at work and asked her to bring him food from Burger King. She actually did but I didn't see it. I only saw the student eating a burger after we all returned to the class room after lunch. Students get away with murder.
