I was last weekend and rode scorpion. I would like to ride some more but will probably hike before riding. Hiline for example. I don’t have a guide so I have to figure it out myself. Have fun this weekend.
This is one trail I will have to be satisfied just watching you ride. My mind is willing but my body weak as the years go by. Thanks for the show. Yippie
You guys ride Hangover like it's a simple a blue trail! Anyone who's ever been there and been lucky enough to ride it knows how tricky it can be. Super impressive!
Sweaty palms just watching this shit! As a skier, steep slopes like these (with snow) wouldn't phase me at all. On a bike...I'd be lucky to make it out alive! Incredible talent and hard work on display here to be a rider of this caliber! Also NO GLOVES with cactus and huge rocks everywhere. Good God!
Same. Evidently gloves are of no help with cactus (I was so informed after making a similar comment last week). I may have lost bladder control briefly when Nate let go the right grip in today's edition of adrenaline porn.
@@natehills9388 major props Nate for next-level videos and skills. 🔨🔨🔨 ~how about a vid riding Chuy’s line with Chuy ?!? I often remind myself what legends the OG crew are for even thinking of putting in a trail around Mitten ridge ! (Noggin’ scratch for Pete dawg)
You constantly amaze Nate. Just an amazing Hangover video with 3 amazing riders. Thanks for all the videos. Loved that you showed the climb up, looked like a lung buster.
honestly, I think that slight stepup to the ledge at 1:48 is one of the sketchiest parts of this trail, its so easy to slide out the rear and then its a good 10 feet down on your left. That switchback climb before the notch is no joke either. Everyone thinks about the exposure on the other side and the rolls towards the end on the regular route, but those are actually a good bit easier that the stuff on the way out and in videos like this, Nate and other expert riders make these sketchy parts look like a non-issue!
Nice riding guys. I rode with Lars a few years ago and he definitely knows all of the optional lines there. At around 6:00, is that a newer line or perhaps just an optional one? I don't seem to recall that portion but it's been a few years since I've been there. Stay safe.
Not sure if it is correct but the last time I rode in Sedona (last weekend) I went with 23 in the back and 30 in the front. I only have a hardtail though. I rode “scorpion.”
I hear the drums of pounding sometimes that’s funny. Could be the most fun and the adrenaline. God bless boys and have a good time. Keep the rubber down.
All of the stuff you ride is cool but this particular trail *really* interests me. A couple questions if you have time?: Is this a chest mounted GoPro for this particular vid? If so, it's attached to some kind of gimble rig? Also, what software are you using to video edit? Thanks in advance! Thanks for the awesome content!
Some of those steep rock rolls on the trail proper....I thought you were riding yourself into a pickle on a bad line, and then....WHOOSH...down and to the right onto the trail tread. I mean they look STRAIGHT DOWN on the "gimbal view." The one spot on that trail that always catches my eye, is that one where you have to go out around the "hangover" bluff line to the right, and in this one it looked like you had about 3 knobbies on the edge. 3:38 It's straight down to the right, and I'm wondering how many people fall there when they try to get around that outcropping, shoulder it, and lose balance and fall right. It looks like a long fall.
ugh rode this last week after the rains (since we travelled from all over, its mostly rock and didnt want to wreck dirt trails) and there was no grip. legit terrifying.
Hey your video would be better if there was no music and there was commentary I clicked on your video and then clicked off real sudden because of the music if you explained what you were doing and where you were how are you riding it would have stay tuned in
Who is in town for the festival this weekend?
I wish i had enough money to buy a mtb. greetings from Turkey. you are lucky in america appreciate your country and thank god.
😥
I SO wish I was there, even while recovering from a torn EPL tendon. Just to be around the sport!! Alas... maybe next year.

✋ We rode Hiline today, wow what a trail! Headed to the festival tomorrow. I'm sure it will be great no matter the weather. Cheers
That's the weekend to miss for me. Hate crowds when riding.

Go for it!

We have had a bunch of laps on this one.
Word.
You sent this one so hard dirt went through my TV!!
looked warm and sunny for the win.

That cut to the left on the top of the descent is so good! 🤯
Super fun entrance ❤️
Rode hangover 3 times without ever knowing about that crazy steep south facing optional slab line. That’s amazing, thanks for filming!
Chuy’s line
@@denisrogers4358 so good!

Glad you enjoyed it!
Man, Nate and the fellas on Hangover footage, doesn’t get much better than that!🤘
Dream team.
@@natehills9388 you guys killed it, as usual
Absolutely mobbing! Must be the Barrelli style lever setup 🤙
Such a dynamic trail. The speed at which you all laid that down is super impressive. Thanks for the Friday Stoke
Any time!

Cant get enough of that ride/view! or Lars' Bison-sized calves!
They don’t call him “Mongo” for nothing 😂
Catching up on some of your rides Nate, watched others do Hangover but not at your clip
Best trio for an insane trail... no words fo the steepest part😨 and for the climb one too🥵
Wow. That view at the beginning right when you dropped in. So sick. 😍
So good!
wonderfull ride ! send a greeting to the guys ...
Thanks ✌️
That decline at 5:55 though! Epic!
What an awesome trail Nate , keep up the great work
Thanks! Will do!
Man you guys are good riders!
Very great!!! Wonderful place... I stay in Sedona in my honeymoon... Ciao Nate... From Italy.. Alps region👌👌👌
Well done! Wish I had some of that beta when I was there : )
The POV OG. Dope riding skills bros
👊🏽👊🏽
Goodness that looks so steep, can't imagine how sketchy that is in real life. You guys tore it up though, looks like a fun trail. Cheers indeed!
Sick trail & sick riding, nice job!
Cheers Jay.
Lars is back in Town just Ripping it✌️ Nice ride Boys👍
Rode this a few weeks ago 👍
That trail needs the drone footage to get the scale of the landscape. Most scenic trail ever?
magnifique , des décors somptueux 😍😍
Looks like a real fun ride 👍
increible trail good job my friend 😮🤙

Just a steeper option.
Love that climb..
One of the few times I've heard Nate breathing hard while riding!
Alex and Lars ride twice as hard in each other’s presence 😂
Это замечательно!
Damn you guys send it on Munds Wagon lol, that rock staircase kicks my ass on my hardtail...Alex just straight tucks and bombs it...awesome
The staircase is unreasonably rough. makes me smile every time.
Great Vid Nate...you 3 are the fittest mountain goats out there!.what sort of tyre pressures would you be running in that type of terrain? 🙏

I run 25 , 27. J Ro, never in all my years of riding have I run more in my front than rear.

New line down the slick rock?
My amazing team rocks \m/
was that a pedal kick off the rock at 4 minutes in...veteran moves...now thats a good spot for the inexperienced to go over the bars
6:37 his palms are sweaty
Holy crap whole trail looks frikin sketchy. Absolutely shredding
Nice to hear you breath! You make it look easy but it not!
What's the secret to uploading your videos to YT with such clarity?
Definitely a must do!
Bitchin~
Thanks!
damn..so good.. >.
YO Nate....when's that new ZEB going to be released?
Rock Shox is continually developing and testing products to make the experience better for the end user.
Alex bounces along like a bunny.. like gravity doesn't affect him as much as other people.
What sz cranks do you use in Sedona
Is this a trick question?
@@natehills9388 do you ride 170 or 165 come on I'm still learning and I'm just curious you are one of my favorite riders to watch and learn from
What is the Name of the trail?
Wonder how many times Lars has ridden hangover? He knows every wrinkle in the trail.
500 if I’m guessing.
Brutal
360 camera, isn't it?
Nope.
I lost count how many times I said "WTF" during this video
what SRAM fork is that with the lower bleeders?!
