    Thanks for this Adeola. If Nigerian leaders could only realize that TRUTH is divine and tell the TRUTH, the citizens will embrace them. If Tinubu discloses he was home schooled from youth till 23 because of poverty, he will become a champion. If he discloses he used drugs once out of ignorance and laundered money out of ignorance which he forfeited, the citizens will respect him. If he makes it clear he's got cancer or a debilitating heart disease from a stroke, the citizens will embrace him. If he discloses he is receiving intravenous fluids via an inserted catheter, life will be easier and he won't have to hide his arms again. If he had diclosed in his form EC9 form that he had Guniean citizenship, no one will raise any uproar. Unfortunately, it's always one lie or falsity after another. And that is the primary reason for not trusting him and general resentment. At 70, if he can't figure that out, he will never be able to. Good luck to him. Being a president is not the end of the world, and the desperation was most unnecessary.

    If the story is true about Ethiopia preventing Nigerian students fleeing war tourn Sudan from entering Ethiopia, it makes me wonder what all the fuss was about when European countries neighboring Ukraine placed similar restrictions on African students fleeing the war in Ukraine. If Africans are willing to do the same things to Africans on the continent why complain when others outside the continent behave similarly. African countries that have opened their borders clearly understand the meaning of Pan Africanism..

    • @patrickizuchukwu9882
      @patrickizuchukwu9882 Рік тому +5

      Yes but we look at it also from another angle. Ethiopians know very well the cases of government sponsored killings in Nigeria especially in Benue and Kaduna of recent, that even kids are beheaded with govt being helpless. They know Nigerian borders are among the weakest. They know some of the terrorists causing mayhem in Nigeria come from Chad, Niger and Sudan and are linked strongly with Nigerian politicians. So they cannot afford to take chances. We saw loads of foreigners crossed into Nigeria with PVCs while Nigerians were disenfranchised. Unfortunately what Ethiopia did may affect innocent ones. But remember they said they will obtain visa first so that they could take all their details and thumbprint to be able to track them. In Nigeria, the customs will collect 500 naira at checkpoint and let u in....those allowed to enter Caira were listed, officially in buses hired by nig govt and so no room to escape into Cairo unlike individuals that wanted to run into Ethiopia

I hope my African Nigerians brothers and sisters peace and prosperity even if we don’t see eye to eye. The white colonizers have control over Nigeria to this day stop speaking pigeon english that is major problem and you need to develop better ties with Ethiopia moving forward with fair trade and fair people to people relationships.
