As someone who grew up with the English version of Digimon, hearing the lyrics kick in during the evolutions and the song being fantastic really made me emotional and made me super hyped when the guitar kicks in every time during the Tri movies

Sorry kiddo, Heraclekabuterimon it's the best thing without question of this fiasco.

This theme marks a new level of friendship between human and Digimon and with that bond strengthening the Digimon gains new powers in order to save his friend’s life.
Uh... Mega Evolution kinda 'requires' that a trainer and their pokemon be rather close. It's EXPLICITLY stated in both the games and anime only trainers whom have deep bonds with their pokemon can use that power.
Digimon and Pokemon are both awesome. Can't we just agree on that. The only thing digimon has over pokemon is that all of them can speak. With the exception of powerful psychic types and maybe legendary from Pokemon
Why do so many Digimon fans have this inferiority complex about Pokemon. Stop comparing the two, they're nowhere near the same. Making the rest of the Digimon fans look bad.
So I would sum up why I still prefer Digimon over Pokémon with one word: growth. We literally grew up with the Digimon characters. We watched them grew up and deal with situations we all deal with in addition to being Digidestined: Tai coming into his own leadership Matt dealing with his family problems and inferiority complex with Tai Sora's need to put others before her and learning it's OK to not do that Mimi's growth from selfish kid to selfless hero Izzy's awkward phases Joe's need to be the best student/doctor in the future and his conflicting personality with Gomamon TK and Kari's loss of childhood innocence and being parts of not just one but two teams. (Not including Meiko because reasons.) The Digimon characters grew up with us and it was easier to identify with them as we did too. Pokémon was great in our childhood but really Ash doesn't grow up. He almost matured at the end of X and Y but then Sun and Moon came along and sent him straight back to where he was at the beginning of the anime. I dare say he's become much much worse than he was back then and as someone who grew up it became harder to identify with him.
I remember times when I just was wake up like 6 morning, and watching on tv and my mum even record me this on tapes! what a nice childhood. My favourite digimon was Agumon :)

In all honesty, this is my favorite version of this song. The instrumentals here just get me more pumped than the other 2 versions (classic and Last Kizuna) via those drums.
Say what you guys will, I absolutely adore this new variation of Brave Heart. While I do love the original (cause hey, the original is AWESOME.) I SCREAMED when I first heard it cause it sounded so cool remastered with all new instruments. the remaster especially fits with Tri and everything happens in it, This version of Brave heart has this HUGE sense of suspense in it, like Tri had, which is why it works so WELL. I especially like the second verse before the second chorus because of the drums used and then the sound effect of something BREAKING, like a window! and then there's the slight noise pitch before the second chorus which has never failed to send millions of chills down my spine :D Either way, While the original is awesome, this version of Brave heart is just as good.
This is one IS better than the original, just like all of the remastered Tri tracks in comparison to the original ones. I mean, Tri version of Butterfly is like a gorillion times better than the original.
He won the orange league and the battle frontier, saved the world 11 times and defeated legendary pokemons... BUT! the guy is an idiot, one of the biggest assholes in anime story, Ash is by far one of the worst main characters ever and has broken more than 50 promises to friends and pokemons.
Pokemon has a manga series where the main characters actually accomplish their goals and the storyline is more clear. It's actually written fairly similar to Digimon, where the groups of kids that get PokéDexes are the chosen ones, called the PokéDex Holders.

I SCREAMED when I first heard it cause it sounded so cool remastered with all new instruments. the remaster especially fits with Tri and everything happens in it, This version of Brave heart has this HUGE sense of suspense in it, like Tri had, which is why it works so WELL.
I especially like the second verse before the second chorus because of the drums used and then the sound effect of something BREAKING, like a window! and then there's the slight noise pitch before the second chorus which has never failed to send millions of chills down my spine :D
Either way, While the original is awesome, this version of Brave heart is just as good.

This is one IS better than the original, just like all of the remastered Tri tracks in comparison to the original ones.
I mean, Tri version of Butterfly is like a gorillion times better than the original.

WIN A DAMN LEAGUE ALREADY ASH-
He won the orange league and the battle frontier, saved the world 11 times and defeated legendary pokemons... BUT! the guy is an idiot, one of the biggest assholes in anime story, Ash is by far one of the worst main characters ever and has broken more than 50 promises to friends and pokemons.
Pokemon has a manga series where the main characters actually accomplish their goals and the storyline is more clear. It's actually written fairly similar to Digimon, where the groups of kids that get PokéDexes are the chosen ones, called the PokéDex Holders.
