My day started with a meaningful life msg video of guru ji. Asking for help not a sign of weakness, but a sign of wisdom, unfortunately most of the ppl don't think this way, they only think nd understand opposite way. They rudly say without my help, can't u success in ur life. When we ask other ppl for help ( not all except some) Wt would we do, when no one there for us. These words came out from my personal experience. Sorry I'm not negative here, just need to know how to deal in this situation. Thank you ji! 🙏❤

This is absolutely true, says me who struggle to ask for help. Alone you can reach a certain point, but as harder as difficulties issue will be the most likely you will not manage to overcome your problems.
In the beginning asking for help might feel in you as you would loose, but this is not real true, this is your old experience your old coping mechanism that used to be important to save you, but now become dysfunctional. Don't listen to your old coping, acknowledge that you fell unsure going a new path, making now new and good experience to overwrite your old and dysfunctional habits. Slowly every new attempt to ask for help feels more comfortable and you overcome your problems together eventually.
I'm still not there, still falling back to old habits here and then. But I'm trying as goof as I can.
