Yes, Powellton Village and University City are "Kissing Cousin".... Powellton Village is a neighborhood of Dollhouses. About 10 years ago many of them had signs outside that they were part of the original neighborhood, and they were celebrating their 100 year anniversary. It was very sweet.
Mt Vernon manors been there since the 70s bro lol they re did them within the last 5 years tho. The neighborhood really has a lot of vital history you’d be surprised. And it’s jus called da bottom usually, it under went Alot of gentrification.

The trolley tracks on 40th Street between Girard Avenue and Lancaster Avenue is a diversion route for the Route s 10 and 15 Trolley Lines.
