Guests dogs now Banned at MJ Peterson PepperTree Heights Senior and Disabled Apartments in Amherst

UPDATE: The manager made a good move and banned guests from bringing in outside dogs. Good idea to keep the pitbulls out of the building making it safer.
I sent this video to the building manager, Christi Merrill, who told me she forwarded it to corporate. They don't appear to have done anything because i have seen the dogs come in the building twice since then. I eventually talked to the manager and told her sometimes he had the dogs tied up outside and sometimes he brought them in. She said she was ok with the dogs coming into the senior and disabled building where some tenants have pets that they take outside. The current manager has 2 pitbulls.
Recently my neighbor that used to be a mailman was barked at by the dogs when he tried to go out the front door. He immediately turned around and had to stay inside because he had been attacked by a dog before when he was working and the dogs were very intimidating.
The Peppertree Village Apartments down the street have pitbulls on their restricted list but i guess they are fine even as outside dogs here where there are seniors and disabled who have small dogs. Of course they won't say anything about the pitbulls because they know what happens to whistleblowers here and they don't want it to happen to them. There are all sorts of selective action rules at Pepper Tree Heights that can be used against them if they complain about anything and they know it. One previous manager had a rule saying that no outside dogs were allowed in the building but everything changes when the managers change which is about as often as i change my underwear. OK, that was a exaggeration. There has to have been around 10 managers in the almost 19 years i have been here.
The ability of tenants to view the front door security camera has been disabled so tenants cannot watch out for their own safety and you ABSOLUTELY CAN"T depend on MJ Peterson to watch out for your safety and protection. I would have lost a $200 plus Milwaukee tire inflator if i didn't have the ability to see who took it after i accidentally left it on a bench when i went inside the building. I also identified two tenants that took my neighbors newspapers when the paper guy left them at the front door instead of by his apartment door. I also assisted in other suspicious events for tenants but i guess MJ Peterson does not want these things exposed and HUD management company CGI just says MJ Peterson does not have to provide a security camera at the front door.
MJ Peterson does not care at all about senior and disabled tenants safety including the safety from other tenants that lie to get their neighbor arrested. All they had to do was provide their security camera video to police and they could have saved a 69 year old tenant from over a year of persecution now. They especially don't like it when the tenant takes action against their abuse and more will come out on that later. Keep a eye on my channel because much more will be coming soon. I'm not afraid of MJ Peterson and i know there are plenty of people out there that can't stand them.
