Thanks for your comment. It's amazing to make and design stuff for yourself. It starts in your mind and slowly takes shape. You also have items that are one of a kind. I would say just start to build something, and learn by trail and error. Greetings FCRC.
I been trying to figure out my triple axle suspension set up for my boat trailer. I love your design and see you’ve made changes from the boat trailer to this one so the arms are more hidden but also won’t hit and stop the articulation from the 3rd and 2nd tires. I will likely do a similar design but I’d like to figure out how to make it sprung 😁. Love the design of the roll of trailer very well thought out! Keep up the great work!! I do have a question of where you sourced the wheel bearing housings.
Hello dustin, first thanks for watching. * Yes made a change because the boat trailer was also a test. * you can make it sprung to add a triangle with coil over shock, or cantilever system.. problem is, the weight load, thats the reason why i did it like this. Most of the bumps will be absorbed because you have multiple pivot point witch can not transfer the movment. *bearing hub is stainless steel piping material 3/4" socket. Hope to informed you sufficient!
Yes you did thank you! I’m also choosing to go unsprung on my spartan boat trailer. If I use leaf springs like I wanted the boat trailer will be too high off the ground. It was trial run and my first time brazing Aluminium. For a first time trailer build I can’t complain too much on how it’s turning out.
In this video you can see the trailer in working order: ua-cam.com/video/vmtEo8M9avc/v-deo.htmlsi=_NsHvC72Qsxv1i1j Also this video, it is the same trailer: ua-cam.com/video/WY6E9TslzjA/v-deo.htmlsi=zN1_cRJ8SblzzrqT I still have to make another video with that trailer again for sure. Hope you like it, let me know.
That's one hell of a rc trailer! 😮
Thanks! I can haul a lot even on rough terrain
Very nice way to view this solid build. Nice that almost everything is stainless steel and aluminium. Wicked!

That sounds awesome, would love to see your creation!
Thank you for sharing this, the trailer mower you did is amazing, and this one explained the rocker bogie suspension, simply amazing build.
