Hallberg-Rassy 69 in production

The new Hallberg-Rassy 69 is both the greatest and largest Hallberg-Rassy ever built. The interior sole is in one level throughout the yacht. Portlights are in eye level both while standing up and hull portlights while seated. Follow the build of hull No 001.
Pre-premiere in production at Open Yard / Öppet Varv, Ellös, Sweden, 25-27 August 2023.

what material is used to insulate, between the plastic and the cabins?

The hull is insulatad with Divinycell closed cell pvc foam against heat, cold and noise. See link in the post for all details.
