What’s your Stillwater rig for presenting this fly: rod, fly line and technique?

Usually either dry-dropper or under an indicator in conjunction with either a small leech or another chironomid/buzzer type with a bead. Occasionally stripped on a sink-tip with a leech.
Most of our stillwater fishing is a pretty narrow set of circumstances - late spring and early summer when the fish are shallow - so I don't get fancy with sinking lines, extra long rods, etc.
