All the comments from people who never tried it and probably never had a kid either. If you did you'd know swaddling and rocking the baby to sleep is how you do it, same complaints would apply
Half the commenters here are probably still struggling to get their baby to sleep at night or even worse probably have their 5 year olds sleeping with them in bed. And wonder why can’t they get some rest. 🤣
Le pones una camisa de fuerza, lo amarras a la cama, lo sacudes, y si llora más fuerte, te azota como si no hubiese un mañana hasta dejarlo mareado e inconsiente hasta dormirlo. Es una locura.
The thing is Dr. Harvey Karp (who designed this) recommends the baby sleep in the same room as parents for at least 6 months which is the shelf life of the SNOO. So if the baby cries, SNOO or not; parents are going to lose sleep. How do we get around that ? Wear ear plugs and sleep?
I seriously just read on a TikTok video of this that a mom's baby SLEPT 15 HOURS in this thing!!! I must be lacking something because I do not think this is appropriate and I had two babies. Yup, we all survived those sleepless nights!
These things are so loud I don't know how anyone could sleep through it. I rented one had it one night and returned it due to how loud the "white noise" is. I could hear the stupid thing on the other side of the house. I'm so glad I didn't buy one.
What about the idea of having a wifi device right underneath your newborn's body? There's no conclusive evidence of negative impact of wifi radiation to the human body, but we still don't know the long term impacts of electromagnetic radiation such as those used by wi-fi and for the extended periods in this case (10-12 hours a day) on a body that has started to develop and grow. I don't feel very comfortable with that. Perhaps they can provide some shielding to shield the baby from the wifi communicator.
I can see how the “guarantee” of the baby not turning over on its stomach could be a comfort for the parents but what about the baby’s comfort?!? Can’t move it’s arms. Can’t understand what’s happening. Perhaps, this is best for a baby under 6 weeks old. They are naturally dizzy and blind and and can’t distinguish who or what is holding them. But after a month, at least my little ones, were observant and knew what was remotely happening, I couldn’t have gotten away with putting them in this, that time is precious, the crying and bonding...I guess I’ll never know what it’s like to be rich and need one of these, so I can lead my busy life, ignoring my child, only until I leave them my fortune in my will.
I'm 13, and I don't have kids but I have babysitted babies and I do personally feel that this is bad. This thing will rock the baby so freaking hard, then when the baby doesn't stop crying it rocks in different motions and if she/he still doesn't stop that's when the mom wants to come and get the baby? The baby probably starved waiting for all those rocking monitions to fly by then the mother only comes after all of this has happened? She heard the baby crying.. I feel like this is honestly so bad.
oh for pete's sake..... it says it turns off after a few minutes of baby crying! also many parents don't realize baby does not go into the same type of rem sleep adults do so it will cry or babble randomly while dreaming and some parents actually end up waking their child from sleeping which is counter productive. also a mothers womb naturally rocks the baby is a variety of motions and thats literally all the snoo is doing - i would only be concerned if a machine was rocking my baby and they were not properly secured. the babys head is not being shaken to cause any type of damage like holding a baby and shaking it would. do more research :)
Forget the Snoo, can someone please REMOVE those tiny wooden choking-hazard toys that are right there, within toddller reach, behind the baby's head on the shelf? Crazy.
The baby looks like he/she is likely to have whip lash. The infant head was whipped bck and forth. Good gosh. If it's number one, why haven't I ever seen this in stores? Or marketed to the public on a HUGE scale!? Seriously this video is the years old.... I am not sold. The infant just didn't look safe. An shhh the baby an toss around sounds LAZY Fr Fr! Get your lazybones UP an feed an change your baby. Like they are supposed to wake for those reasons
It's called being swaddled and it's the number one thing that soothes babies because it mimics the cozy warm enclosure of a womb. This is what you do to all children, clearly you don't know the first thing about parenting lol
had the video at 1.5speed to speed up the talking part and then shocked myself by how fast it shakes the baby lol
All the comments from people who never tried it and probably never had a kid either. If you did you'd know swaddling and rocking the baby to sleep is how you do it, same complaints would apply
I swear it is so hilarious to see babies being put into a straitjacket and then shaken
BUT when an adult does it, its a crazy hospital
Love it!
I want a snoo, adult version.
Do the wings work with a regular matress? Thanks +Happiest Baby, Inc

This looks like it’s from a dystopian film
That’s what I was thinking
Snoo indoctrinated u to being STRAPPED AND LIVING IN VERY SMALL SPACES. I WOULD NOT DO THIS TO A PUPPY
Except it works really well
Sure does. I have so much anxiety watching this. Gives me brave new world vibes.
0:45 "Stand at the closed door and start walking. It'll look natural." NOT

the tv show "this is us" brought me here
Who gave this lady the job? She's the least nurturing robot I've ever seen.
Do these come in adult size?

These comments didn’t pass the vibe

Ignore the petty know it all people.
Smdh!!!
Not a good thing for baby it makes the bay spit up 😜
keep in mind, this is new and has not been tested long enough. Don't risk your baby's safety and health. The head shake is scary !
It’s very good good

That’s what I was thinking.. I was intrigued but that was my concern
It’s the same with exaggerating that it’s not safe and spreading propaganda. You have no proof of that either.

Restraint impedes development
Except swaddling is the same thing

Shaking the brain out of the head. Welcome to the new generation!
Lol but it works
It’s good idea good
Is it a good idea to prohibit free movement of the baby? I think it isn't a good idea...

Very good point…, hmm. Is there a way to not use that function? I guess it will just be a overpriced bassinet at that point
Oh god a crazy
@@travissturm2531 good luck Mr. Sane bum
There is a shield under inside the components. It’s specifically designed for the electromagnetic radiation. I took it apart today and saw it.
@@JH-cx2ms lmao
that baby has bigger lips than me
a doc can fix that
Бестолковая кровать
Not natural at all
It's quite disturbing honestly. And she is super creepy. Black mirror style.

Huh? Except swaddling is the exact same thing the baby can't move.
Yeah, you sound bitter, uneducated and broke 💀

Horrible, all night long on my back in a shaky shaky

They used to call me Whip Lash in prison.
Looks like the baby is in a straight jacket. I would cry too. I think its cruel

That’s what my mom said
No way would I put my precious baby in this 😧far to dangerous it shakes the baby far too much 😡
You don’t have to use all the levels. We use only baseline and level 1
This is a scandal!!! It’s torture to do this to a baby. It should be forbidden to sell these products. !!!! Outrageous!!!!
You're an idiot that doesn't know the first thing about newborns.
It’s nice 👍
Good great 👍
It’s ❤️
Children 👶 is ma Hart
Lazy mothers.....poor babies
Wow
This is a VERY NASTY unhuman product!!!!!!!
This looks like a real torture to the baby. Poor baby. All he needs is a human being - his mum. Not this nonsense 😞
How do you sleep with your child?
