    This battle revolutionized some of the old war tactics such as having a charging calvary to bring down enemy morale. With Nobunaga's 3000 muskets and method of cycling firing volleys, he was able to take down the great Takeda calvary with ease wave after wave.

    The crypt of the Takeda Clan. Truly a massacre. Nobunaga Oda shown every motive that he was called the Demon King in that battle, being equally fearsome with Cao Cao of Wei.

    In this battle, Nobunaga became the first person in history to implement the cycling musket volley, where troops stand 3 men deep and while one is shooting, the others are reloading and preparing to fire. That way there is no break from the firing. Pretty smart, really.

    Agh.... from my limited knowledge, the actual stage of the game was stressing.... too much musket fire, and getting too close was too hard. Nobunaga just went all out with the muskets along with Keiji... Awesome music and stage though! Now I feel like playing through it.

      Nobunaga feared Kenshin and wanted to avoid fighting him so I'm sure he didn't want to fight Shingen either. I'm also pretty sure Mori Motonari would beat Nobunaga. Nobunaga was mostly skilled at politics and being progressive. Not as a commander himself.

      @Kotaro__Fuma he was pretty good but certainly wasn't the best. He got very lucky with some of his toughest opponents dying before he could actually battle against them. Shingen trashed the Oda-Tokugawa alliance at Mikatagahara, and Kenshin trashed the Oda army at Tetorigawa even though the Oda army outnumbered him.

    @travisanderson7 I wouldnt fear serving nobunaga, he was actually pretty fair if you did your duties, yes he did make fun of his officers alot and is shown to have a crude sense of humor, but remember the more he made fun of an officer the more he trusted them, unless he was just REALLY angry at them.

    The thing about Mitsuhide's mother has no historical evidence and was created to make him seem more sympathetic. Historically Mitsuhide likely just hated having to work with Hideyoshi and made a grab for power. It matter anyway because a true samurai no matter what the circumstances never betrays his master. Historically Nobunaga was just your typical warlord no worse than any of the other Daimyo of the time period.

    @travisanderson7 Actually Coa Cao was a horrible ruler, he used his officers like they were mere puppets. Cao Cao actually controlled the emperor...
    Unlike him, Nobunaga Oda, from a pretty small clan in Owari, had achieved a brilliant victory that caused his name is spread among other Daimyo. later on he conquered several provinces. sure, he was cruel, but so was Cao Cao, (Actually Cao Cao was worse.)

    • @bigboispyro
      @bigboispyro 5 років тому +1

      Nobunaga was the one who used his officers like puppets. He abused them very frequently, killed a servant for leaving a small piece of fruit in his room and kicked tables because of how his duck didn't smell nice.
      He also killed several officers he recruited and considered himself a god in his later years as he slowly started to decline into a terrible ruler.
      Cao Cao welcomed officers into his ranks, unlike Nobunaga who killed any who surrendered. Cao Cao also treated a lot of his officers with kindness, even allowing Xiahou Dun to go into his room. He also won just as many victories as Nobunaga. Okehazama was because Yoshimoto was an idiot who split up his forces so much and decided to celebrate before a battle. It has nothing on Hefei or Guandu.
