a good way to tell how good a band is imo is how they end their songs. everything about tool is damn near immaculate _including_ how they finish every single song. no fade outs for these guys.

Im not going to lie, i am loving all your reactions to Tool. They have been one of my favorite bands for most of my life, i love the many ways we can interpret the meanings of their songs, and still be so right. Tool is a band that gets you to think outside the box, feel more than you expect, can change the way you begin to see the outside world. They are a phenomenal band. Im so glad they are finally getting recognition from everyone. They are way more complex than they are given credit for.
