Teens' community project aims to inspire other youth

Twins Bryce and Justin Solomon along with other students involved in the ROTC program at Jefferson High School in Tampa jumped into action to help residents clean up after Hurricane Irma swept through the area. Now they hope other teens will be inspired to launch their own efforts to improve the lives of others.
