@@Maardinli Hello, no, I did not buy. I was in Batumi for 11 months and now there are 3 times more apartments available for sale than 13 months ago. Supply and demand dictates that the prices will decrease, and I have already begun to see this. I'll probably buy an apartment in 2024.
