Heavy whipping cream. It’s ganache. It works better when you used white chocolate chips instead of candy melts. candy melts is not chocolate. it’s candy. Lol. It will be much smoother!

What did you use for the gold? What brand and what did you mix I to it? Or is it just edible cake paint?
When can i apppy the gold colour on the ganash and should i wait for the ganash in the frezzers for the a whole night before colour it
