This game treats necks like they're loosely packed sausages with a twig in the middle
is it just me or is watching the copious neck-snappage uncomfortable for that reason? I mean, necks don't really snap that easily right? ... Right?? 😅
@@TIRK125 I think it’s satisfying, that snap sound. And it depends of strong you are, for example if a skinny kid gonna try to snap a grown ass man it would be hard and if a muscle builders snapping that grown man’s neck it would be easy. So my point is Yes and No

@@TIRK125 the neck has pretty strong muscles. So you would need a lot of strength to snap a persons neck, especially if they struggle. So you'll be finee
You have to exert the person’s body weight in force in order to snap their neck. So yeah, those one-handed neck snaps are I no way realistic.

I still love how Deathloop is literally like a modded dishonored. Same movements and similar actions/animations it makes me like this game even more.

I always thought it was a bit weird at how Corvo knew about where every little thing was in the map and where people would be when you did your Dishonored stuff but this one makes so much sense in lore wise since you live through the same day over and over.

Was waiting for this; this channel inspired me to try harder at the Dishonored series and, in tandem, this game. Now I've gotta good goal to strive for in terms of stealth and combat for Deathloop! Hope to one day get close to feeling this good.

Definitely the best gameplay i've seen so far from the little bits of gameplay i've watched from this game. I said it before and i say it again : always impressive to see how fast you can come up with videos after releases, especially with games that probably aren't cooperating all too well with the player in a lot of aspects i'd imagine.

Whooooaaa. Never played this title. Disturbing, artistically unique, psychotic, beautiful, morbid and creative all at the same time. Playthrough was again masterful and a joy to watch. Best channel on YT.

Great gameplay! Only downside is that they don't have enough Dynamics in the game to allow for creative takes and playthroughs. Specially seeing what you can do with an arsenal and powers from the dishonored series.
I assume you mean that you can only use 2 powers at a time? I disliked that as well, seemed like an unnecessary restriction. Other than that, I thought the dynamics in the level design and combat was great.
I think this series move more fluidly than Dishonored, but I agree this dont have as much dynamism Dishonored has.

@@Djitterbug kinda late but honestly I can see how there only is one video. Deathloop is just a worse Dishonored. They added new stuff but removed many cool features from the Dishonored games and the AI is genuinely terrible in this one.
It also doesn't help that there are only four maps, even if they change they still feel way to similar.
@@iNSANELYSMART409 I agree, but his videos are all about aesthetic and this game has a lot of style, even if the gameplay itself isn’t amazing. I didn’t expect him to stick to it like he did dishonored, but atleast a few more videos on a few other areas, using different slabs etc.. There’s a lot of potential to just make some cool looking arrangements. I appreciate that he probably just didn’t like the game though and didn’t feel motivated to do that.

Graças a Deus que eles fizeram mais um jogo. Eu, como um grande fã da franquia, fiquei muito triste quando disseram que não tinham certeza de um novo jogo. Ao descobrir esse DeathLoop fiquei empolgadíssimo, porque tem a mesma pegada, jogabilidade e mecânica de Dishonored. Os barulhos de passos, percepção, tudo igual. Só de ter um novo jogo, mesmo que com outra história, mas que seja da Arkane, com a mesma pegada, foi fenomenal pra mim, poder explorar vários mapas novos e seus segredos!
@@Prime96 O mais legal desse jogo é que ele não tem o sistema de karma/moralidade do dishonored. Tu pode usar todas as ferramentas para matar os inimigos sem restrição e isso deixa o jogo muito divertido.
Comparado com o dishonored, principalmente o 2, eu achei a inteligencia artificial desse jogo meio "méh" e também a física é estranhíssima. Pra um jogo que veio quase 5 anos depois do D2 (caralho, ja se passaram quase 5 anos do D2 pqp) eu esperava um jogo mais bem finalizado. Sem contar que no PC o jogo é bem mal otimizado e as texturas são bem feias, até mesmo comparando com o dishonored 2. Não que isso seja impeditivo pra jogar, mas porra, se for parar pra pensar que o jogo tá 250 reais na steam, eles poderiam ter feito MUITO melhor.

Ever since this game was announced I've been waiting for this. So glad we've finally made it this far!
Deathloop is so much fun and breath of fresh air. i love the Dishonored series, i own all three and have played and beaten them a dozen times so when Deathloop was announced i was instantly interested. i finally got to play it since it came to Gamepass and man, so much fun. you can get so creative with how you play in the loops. i think what really makes it great is the voice acting, the banter between Colt and Juliana is hilarious, in fact Colt is just an absolute delight and his VA did such an amazing job.
oh wait how do you have more than two slabs equipped? you have Aether, Karnesis and Shift?

I know that Arkane has made it as a studio when I can recognise that a game was made by them without knowing that a game was made by them.
Because Deathloop is basically just a reskin of Dishonored 2

@@blocky1904 I meant to say that there is not much new things added here which is a bad thing. It's basically just Dishonored 2 with a shotgun and a machine gun added. Even the takedown animations are same for 90% of the cases
