For people wondering why Dylan seems to be pretty quiet in this interview and pretty much all others, I feel like after all the controversy that's gone on over the past few years he's decided to keep it a bit more quiet in the interviews to avoid putting himself and the band into shit all over again. He seems to be a really expressive guy who just kind of speaks whatever is in his mind at the time, which can lead to a foot-in-mouth situations. He's never really seemed that interested in interviews either so that coupled with the shit storm the band had a few years ago is probably why he's not so talkative.
@@alondra5303 ah... A few weird things. He was filmed talking to this aboriginal band who were refusing to play, basically asking what there point was? Then an altercation with a couple which was construed as possible assault, then Triple J stopped playing them
Alright diz really was on some speed or somethin. Not even blow he’s like wavin his arms making wind sounds lmfao. I really feel for him cause I’ve been there and if you can’t sit still that’s almost torture and then there’s a camera on you and the public eye, man he must be so uncomfortable. And once he comes down he probably feels bad. I did all this and i deleted social media and didn’t answer my friends a year or two. I just stressed about how people saw me I wanted to dissapear and there was no xanx and whatever to make me not care anymore. I think I know why he doesn’t really do social media. I hope he’s alright. I think he’s figured life out some more and he is.
A band no matter how popular or on demand, should not be given the green light after being abusive towards women. Grow from your mistakes and make changes. Acknowledge mistakes by making positives changes. Treat women with the same respect that you expect. Sexism will and not be tolerated by anyone rich or poor, popular or not. SF I was a great fan of your music but the past behaviours you'd had are not cool. Grow up and come back to reality. Quit using drugs and being irresponsible. Dont forget where you came from and why you started this band to begin with.
Hey Claudia. To be honest I struggle with this. I reeeeally love their music, but I've been torn over their behavior. It's like they make mistakes, socially, and then they apologize, and then they mess up again. Two steps forward, one step back. I feel like recently they've really come a long way though. Basically, I'm trying to justify to myself/convince myself that they truly are sorry and realize the shit they put out in the world and are trying to make up for it. I'm just wondering if you've felt like they've made progress or at least genuine effort to change? Wondering where you're at with it? PS - when I say 'they' I mean singer and bassist. The rest seem totally cool and just like, "ahhh fuck now we are associated with these guys/ mistakes."
@@tanner6538 I agree with you, we all make mistakes, none of us are purrfect that's given. But if we dont learn from our mistakes and make permanent changes for the greater good then everything is pointless and as humanity were completely useless. @@tanner6538 the bassist? Is that paddy? What else has he done? I find it fucking shocking his beahivour, punching Dylan 26 times in the head. Twenty six!!!! That's crazy..... violent guy
