Thank you for the recommendation for doing tasbihs. I will be doing those. This is a good episode for women to listen to as well. Even if just to see how men struggle as well.
Thanks so much for sharing your struggles as men, it is definitely insightful to hear for us sisters! It was nice to reflect on the angles of the inner child, shadow, etc. Another fantastic discussion. I will agree with sister NN fx4pd who has noted the importance for more female appearances in the future too 🌠 InshaAllah soon your team can get a sister to host a show here on AM, hopefully a show that can be insightful to young brothers and sisters just like AM and Jummah Nights. JazakAllah ⚡️⚡️
Bro Noori u speak too fast...fast enough that YT is not picking it as caption... watching this episode quite late but MashaAllah great episode... even as a woman i can relate...may be because i m eldest sibling and parents become your children when old ... so i m literally “Man of the family” 😅
Even as a girl I definitely agree with the siblings issue. I feel like I have been disadvantaged by not having a brother too, although for some different reasons maybe.
By the way, you guys need to have some female hosts and participants who are REGULARS on your show. In order for this not to become another boys club. Which, judging by the “shh don’t watch this episode with your wife” is already headed in that direction. Yes you’ve had Zahra Alawi on for an episode but that’s not enough. Most male scholars are out of touch with women’s issues and there’s barely any female scholars to start with. The ones I know in my community are old and don’t bother getting to know what the next generation are going through or how to help them. They are completely out dated. There needs to be more for women from Islamic community. The scholars are not doing enough, not by a long shot.

This is a podcast, not a scholarly seminary
Hear hear!
Let's encourage a sisters' led podcast that's separate from this one but under the same umbrella, like Jumuah Nights.
So why do they have scholars coming on here every other episode? What a stupid comment
@@blobbins17 I didnt say it was a scholarly seminary. Did you not notice the fact that they have alims on every other episode? Genius.
