In my opinion, if everyone had the verse "Lakum Deenukum Walia Deen" go inside their minds before commenting against a particular community, the world would be a better place. So to any person that says "we are better followers of islam than them", they themselves are going against the teachings of the Qur'an.

Men and women (mostly women) cover their heads (hijab) even when not in prayer.
Why are you three men not covering your heads with a topi (head cover)?

Idk maybe because they don't want to...? It's recommended for a man to, not compulsory. For women it's compulsory.

Show us this from The Qur'an or Al-Kitab.

I don't wish to sound rude however you give answer saying that the panel don't want even after saying that you don't know.
Also when you say compulsory for women & not men, I see equal rights out the window.

@DaTruth1017 islam encourages equity and not equality because equity brings serenity while equality brings weariness to soul and body.

Men don’t need to cover their heads, there is an analysis done by Sayyid Ammar On this topic on why women cover themselves and why men don’t, and what is expected of men since they don’t cover their heads
