I admire your use of the charge pistol, Albino. I get why you use it, and in my first playthrough of Ultrakill, I almost exclusively used the pump shotgun with the blue arm because of the pellet parrying. P-Ranking wasn't hard in act 1 with only shotgun (this was before style freshness) and I only got out of using the shotgun because I didn't understand how to beat Minos and how to P rank the rest of the game. I had friends who could walk me through what to do, but you, Mr. Bino, only had the loud community. I can only hope you doing this out of spite taught the Ultrakill community something, and that it didn't ruin your opinion of the game along the way. I hope you still had fun with this game, I know you've already beaten Sisyphus on stream.
Albino looked at speakers, tried to analyze their sounds, tried to get on the ceiling, tried to teleport with flowers, listened to ALL the waiis. That was truly the best puzzle solving of all time.
Albino got so much ptsd from other games and their borderline insanity puzzles that he fails to realize he's playing a zoomer shooter so the puzzles have to be simple or no one would find it.
This game is so close to my heart. Watching someone play through it again for the first time really does something to me and reminds me of when I first played. 4-3, "A Shot in the Dark" is my favorite level, and I'm glad to get to see someone stumble through it like I had. I'm sorry people were so uptight about styling. It's something you develop over your playthrough, and some people learn how to do it sooner than others (like myself) who were simply replaying the levels and trying to meet "the par" for S ranking a mission.

At higher combo ranks your dash meter replenishes faster, which is a huge survivability boon. Parrying is also a huge survivability boon not only for negating an attack (usually) but also as an alternative means to replenish one's health. Point being, it's not so much that there is anything wrong with not engaging with these mechanics, but it is drastically making the game harder for oneself by limiting yourself to only one weapon/playstyle. Regardless, if Albino (or anyone else) finds that added difficulty fun, all the power to them.

UnderTheMayo said that the game "does not give you any incentives to have fun" therefore he shouldn't use anything else, nor the parrying, punching, or anything aside from the basic pistol, even without charging it. Albino% would be better since you use the Knuckleblaster lol.
