Actually yes it is, they upped the exp and item drops so you get more than in normal and hard. In exchange you deal even less normal damage than in vanilla P5(0.8x). The stat line is 1.6x damage received, 0.65x damage deal 1.2x exp and items. So you never have to worry about grinding for hours on end like an old school RPG. Not to mention the fact your bullets refresh from battle to battle is a godsend in it's self cause that was the defining factor in how long you could grind, especially in this dungeon where a majority of the enemies are weak to guns.

He'd need to dodge multihits most rounds, which comes down to using Sukunda and praying. This really can't be compared to his recent KH stuff.
