I found a good deal for the 4090 here. Currently rocking 6900XT. You think it's worth the upgrade? I have a 540hz 1080p, and usually its 600 fps, but on maps like ancient it can go to 300+
CS2 will depend a lot on your CPU. if you already own a 7800x3d or a 9800x3d, changing your GPU can help but you dont really need a 4090 to achieve high fps. depend how much you gonna pay for a 4090 because cards like 4070 Super Ti or 4080 can do the job only losing to the 4090 on very extreme scenarios with smokes/mollys/nades but buying this cards now is a risk because the new 50 series cards are here. If your deal for the 4090 is around 1k... go for it, other wise wait for the new 50 series to see how good they are on CS2.
@FocusGamlng Do you experience any delay after enabling RTSS lock fps? Some say it adds a couple of milliseconds on top. And how much performance does the FPS cap without on-screen monitoring consume?
@@jigurbinho2574 well, i will try my best to explain because with 600 + fps dosent really matter if this "software" consume some resources... makes no difference on your gameplay even if they consume 10% of your avg performance. about rivatuner, theres a issue with it (displaing graph or not). rivatuner adds latency spikes on cs2 every 5/10 sec and is very noticeable on the cs2 fps graph. i made some videos about it and how to fix it (that is why you dont see the spikes anymoe on my recent videos) few time ago... feel free to check it. video showing the problem with rivatuner ua-cam.com/video/e2F_ujFvDnQ/v-deo.html video how to fix it ua-cam.com/video/Av4Oqb_oDnM/v-deo.html video for 1% low more stable and consistent performance ua-cam.com/video/fZ6KTPKB2Gs/v-deo.html let me know if helped you.

do u have without record more fps ?
yes, msi aferburner/rivatuner, OBS is eating +/- 10% performance and is more noticeable on the 1% lows.
@FocusGamlng thx
