We once forgot to lock our apartment door because we were cleaning and taking stuff out regularly and someone walked right into our apartment. My fiancé did grab his gun and asked the guy what he was doing and the guy claimed he walked into the wrong apartment which there’s no way, because ours was on the first floor in a unique section, away from everyone else’s. The guy then himself called the cops for my fiancé pulling his gun out, and the cops ended up arresting the guy because he doesn’t even live in the building, so he was clearly trying to rob us. We’re guessing the guy assumed the cops wouldn’t check his ID and would just take his side.
The people who dont assume the worst need to watch more true crime content. I have a few recommendations that will make u second guess everyone you meet
