It's a difficult decision but since your husband didn't hand pick her himself, rather he ordered her, then it shouldn't bother him that you want a replacement if she is not perfect. He might feel sad if he knew it upset you and you were afraid to hurt his feelings. The sentimental side of me says keep her and love her because somebody has to! he he. Even though she is not perfect, you at least have that sentimental attachment that nobody else has to her. I know I'm not helping. LOL I guess what I'm trying to say is that there is no right or wrong answer. Do what's in your heart and it will be the right thing. My hubby wouldn't be upset at all...in fact, you're right, he would want me to exchange her. He would only be annoyed that they didn't send me the doll that he believes I deserve and that is the part I want to avoid. I hope I'm making sense...In other words, it makes him proud of himself and happy to support me and I don't want to mention it because I love knowing that he is happy. I know of customer service that they will definitely be willing to help you and what they probably will do is send you a shipping label and tell you that you can exchange it either by mail or in store. I honestly think it will make you so much happier having one that is not damage. I know me personally my first summer had an issue too and I got home release day and I was sad about going back but the one I got is even better. Wishing you luck in your decision. 💕💕💕💕
