Note: I did not bring a straight key with me so I had to improvise using the left iambic paddle as a straight key for the SKCC/SKM contact. I then reverted back to normal iambic key operation for the park activation
Love the lizard :) I'm in Michigan, USA, no such things here. And if we did have them, not now; I woke Tues to about an inch of snow. Any reptiles are toasty warm in some burrow somewhere! de KA8VLW, Ken
The lizard was very inquisitive and kept wandering around near me. They normally stay away from people but I think it wanted me to spare one of my sandwiches. Thanks for watching, 73
@stahpit1971 I was sitting beneath a large gum tree and the biggest danger is falling branches. They are often referred to as widow-makers for that reason, 73
Thank you Gus for your feedback. I did not bring a straight key with me so I had to improvise when I heard a CQ for Straight Key Month / Straight Key Century Club. I then reverted back to normal iambic key operation for the park activation, 73

Using a paddle as a straight key, left paddle. OK your choice but keying on-off chopped.
