Up to this point, we've had to use layouts in a way that never felt quite right, bc we were creating different layouts just to accommodate various processes and along with those layouts came new layers of handling rules that made everything overcomplicated. Pipelines takes a page a out of the Pipedrive playbook - lightweight, elegant and effective. Good job, Zoho.

It’s hard to give solutions using a comment on UA-cam. The short answer is use workflow that triggers when the stage it clicked. The workflow sends an email template with a survey link. I hope it helps.

How can I change the color of my opportunity stages? I see that your stages have custom colors. Thank you.
I dont know how to change colors and if its possible. The stage color is automatic based on the stage you are on.

You can do it by adding a blueprint on top of the deals module. You can also add alerts or take other actions if the timeline is not met.
