I'm older, so computerized CRM Systems, etc... are not something I have dealt with in the past. I have been researching several and have landed on SOHO CRM. Most of my Lead Generation is manual. My team search and add to CRM. I am in to B2B. First Details I Get about Lead is Company. and Company details are must. So When I generate a New Lead, It should start with Company and then I can add one or more people (compan's/Account's) representative. And most of the time I do not have their email IDs. I was recommended by one of the Zoho partner that I should save details directly in to Contacts and Accounts. Though most of them not even contacted once by me or my team member. But If I save them into Leads, structure of data we gathered is lost. What Should we do?
