Like when you said, "this point to this line." And since it went by pretty fast to the next thing I had to replay it a few times. ...Or maybe i'm just slow at it. Please let me know. Not entirely sure how long something like this should take someone to make on an intermediate level.

I used Filled Surface like you but i can't do it. So i replaced Filled Surface with Boundary Surface. It is ok. Thank you so much for video.

19:28 fill surface did not join the boundaries.. So I used loft surface with 0.1 tangency
