I have just returned from Cyprus. I have been to Malta two years ago. Cyprus have much more beautiful beaches. The cost of living is much higher in Malta. Cyprus is much bigger in comparison to Malta.

Great video i am actually in the process of choosing between Malta and Cyprus to set up residency in the future.
I am just back from 10 days holidays in Malta to discover the island, it is a lovely place, turquoise water beaches, cool beach clubs, finest restaurants , coktails bars, old town Valetta beatuifull , lot of historic monuments, ... but on the bad side there is a lot of congestion / traffic in the morning as it is a small island and real estate price have gone up +50% in the last 5 years i heard ( even more in some areas). There are so many cranes in the skyline , there are so many building site or refurbishment of building ( the economy seems to be booming). The infrastructure needs a big upgrade as well but i guess it is getting there soon. ( there is a lack of highways to go fast from north to south though)
I will plan soon my trip to Cyprus and compare.

Hey! Thanks for your interesting comment and sharing, having some first-hand experiences is probably a good choice. I'd appreciate a follow-up on what you'll decide for. Best of luck to you, regardless of what you'll be choosing.

Hey Rico, thank your for the great video. I am looking to register my Digital Marketing Agency which will operate in Europe. I have heard that Cyprus is good seeing that it is also in EU and is simple to do. I have also heard about delaware, malta and some others. I would appreciate any recommendations you may have regarding getting an official llc setup for this type of business. Thank you!

Also, personal income tax is a bit better in Cyprus, and you start paying only after 18K per year.

Hey there! Welcome to Paphos. Hope you enjoy it so far. Great question, I'm not sure on that one from the top of my head. I'd only guess, so I recommend calling the US embassy in Nicosia and ask them to be 100% sure. Let me know then, I'm curious too. All the best!

I will never want to live in Cyprus the location is not the safest and Turkey is ready to invade the South side anytime. The human rights in Cyprus is not followed and the government of Cy is totally corrupt and money hungry. Also the cost of living is very high compared to the salaries they have and you can not do anything without a car. Malta is far more better.
