No problem. India loves Ireland. ♡
Excellent video 😊!
Nice video editing and good content, as usual :)
Thank you, John! Appreciate your support.
How do you feel about Gibraltar?
Great content... thank you
Always a pleasure. Thank you for keeping up.
What are your thoughts on this topic?
Hi Michael, thanks a lot for your update. Could you post some Banks whicg could be used with setup Gibraltar. Thanks Leonardo
Great content, thank you! For UA-cam earnings, would you recommend Gibraltar over Estonia? I am based in Peru. Thank you
Woow your knowledge is insane, i am running a UK conpany and planning to do that from tenerife now. Gonna book a call in, you are a Dark Wader of Tax legislations 😅🎉🎉
Haha thanks 🙏🏻
Gibraltar also has the "Private Fund" scheme which seems to be half way between a normal fund and an investment club. It looks very cost efficient for a "friends and family" type setup.
I believe you're mentioning the collective investment scheme yes. Has appeals so long as you keep the number of investors low.
Of course there may be reasons related to credibility you'd want a lot of things you can avoid under that scheme.
@@OffshoreCitizen Gibraltar has a range of collective investment schemes. EIF and Private Fund are both Gibraltar Alternative Investment Funds. The Private Fund in particular can be an easy way to establish a small, simple fund for people who know each other already.
I didn't understand the second paragraph above. "want a lot of things you can avoid"?

I was basically saying when you establish a fund there are certain things you might want for credibility such as related to fund manager, auditor etc and you can avoid some of these through that scheme
@@OffshoreCitizen Yes, the basic idea for Private Fund is to be able to get it going with friends and family capital and very little cost and friction. Then, after a year you can upgrade to EIF once you have some track record and can hopefully afford the extra costs.
Huge problem with gibraltar is the brutal tax contract spain made with it after Brexit.
Why is the arrow in the thumbnail pointing to Morroco?
Why portuguese companies borrow the debt from hong kong the most?as Americans do in porto rico
I wish to play Dominoes in Gibraltar so kindly suggest a suitable plan for me to start a Company to play Dominoes in Gibraltar
No VAT within Gibraltar but is VAT liable on electronic services provided to UK / EU countries at the rate that they charge? Or need to register for VAT in those countries where the service is provided?
You need to register for VAT in those countries where the service is provided.
So yeah, what he says in video about VAT is just for advertisement bs.
Yeah technically the way VAT and also usually sales tax in other places such as much of the US is supposed to work is it should be the same regardless of where the company is registered.
In practice foreign small businesses tend not to charge because there's no good policing or enforcement mechanism & no incentive for customers to say anything about it.
@@OffshoreCitizen When we had a SAS company in France our accountant made us show the sales split for each country in the EU and the amount of the VAT applicable at the country's rate, then pay all of that to France to distribute accordingly. 😩 We left France and closed the company. It was new in July of 2021 apparently. No VAT due on sales outside the EU.
Yes that's normal.
EU VAT is quite a nightmare
Get the arrow on the thumbnail fixed… its literally pointing to north morocco, not gibraltar
Thanks for your video. I am from Bulgaria and wondering if I open a non-citizen U.S . LLC and gain capital from services rendered(Video Marketing/2D Animation) in that US LLC, will I be obliged to tax here in Bulgaria. And if yes is there any way to open an offshore noncitizen company anywhere in the world and not be obliged to pay taxes here in my home country. Thanks in advance.
Hi Plamen, best to reach out so we can discuss all the details of your situation
Hi Plamen, here is Leonardo ... here is my understanding: a US-LLC (with one person) is NOT a limited company! This means the profit of the company is assigned to the person! In Bulgaria the whole world income is taxed. That means also the income from the US-LLC. Tax rate 10% is nice. In case of licening 5% CU Leonardo
I just wonder the tax treaty with Norway.
Is there that our European land tittles are held? Is there the European mortmain account?
Why Gibraltar and not Estonia?
you had the Indian flag as Irish at 4:43
Thanks, your Flag for Ireland is the Indiann Flag
Great video, i been told is cost about £20,000 to set up a Gib company is that right??
No, costs about 1k
No that's nonsense you'll pay maybe a couple k
@@OffshoreCitizen ok thanks I thought that was BS they where just trying to run me up!
Yeah unfortunately some companies are a rip off
@@OffshoreCitizen yep that's for sure NO WAY WOULD I PAY THAT!
5:00 thats the flag of India :D
Great video but have you considered breathing more deeply and speaking from your diaphragm? You seem to be speaking mostly from your throat. This makes it quite difficult to listen and tends to a very monotone presentation. Thanks again for the great video. I hope you appreciate the feedback
Something to work on thanks for the feedback
4:43 ; that is India's flag, not Ireland lol.
I came here to say that 😂
But I have study Gibraltar not best option
Sir you have a great voice, however you should stop contaminating it ,with vocal fry. Makes you appear as if you are not confident in what you have to offer since you are not confident or comfortable in speaking without vocal fry. And also it’s just annoying to listen too.
Pay your taxes. Don't use loopholes, help society, don't be so greedy
Nonsense, in the modern world the way the system is set up the most patriotic thing you can do is pay as little tax as possible, reasoning explained here

Help society or help the left politicians?
Guessing you don't know about the 'The grace commission'...those taxes don't pay for what you think. Just the interest only on the national debt. You've been lied to, but hey, remain a sheep if you want.
Do you think this is just a US thing?
Why don't you then pay more tax than you're required to?
