Who will bear the penalty or demolition? C) you haven’t mentioned about clu and rera. D) going by your price of 10lakhs for 100gaj plot, 400gaj plot is 40lakhs but fully constructed farm house of 400gaj is 82lakhs. 42 lakhs is construction cost… farm land shouldn’t be more than 3-4000/- per gaj in that area. E) what about water and electricity? In lane roads? Local transport? Market? Hospital? Etc etc Anchor sahib, talk and ask some sensible questions as hard earned money is in question. Thanks
population se zyada properties hain bhai desh me, ek he aadmi 10-20 properties lekar baitha hai or ant-shant rate laga raha.... inflation to aisa hai jaise ki tier 1 cities dilli bombay bann jayenge .. jo possible nhi hota dikh raha
