खरीदते है तब सब दिखाते है व सदस्यता रसीद देते है। जब हम कहते है जमीन पर चार दिवारी कराने को कहते है तो अचानक कहा जाता है जमीन में विवाद हो गया है। मैंने एक बार सोसायटी जमीन खरीदी। 94000/- बेचने वाले को दे दिये। बारिश के दिन थे मैंने कहा चार दिवारी की तरह बड़े पेड़ लगाने है जमीन के चारो तरफ तो बोलता है कि जमीन पर विवाद हो गया है दूसरी जमीन ले लो। दूसरे रास्ते से उसी जमीन पर ले गया । अतिरिक्त पैसा और दूसरी कागजी कार्रवाई की मांग करने लगा। पुलिस की मदद से पैसा वापस लिया। पुलिस ने एफआईआर नही की पैसा दिला दिया। आम आदमी आसानी से जमीन हासिल नहीं कर सकता।
