    खरीदते है तब सब दिखाते है व सदस्यता रसीद देते है। जब हम कहते है जमीन पर चार दिवारी कराने को कहते है तो अचानक कहा जाता है जमीन में विवाद हो गया है। मैंने एक बार सोसायटी जमीन खरीदी। 94000/- बेचने वाले को दे दिये। बारिश के दिन थे मैंने कहा चार दिवारी की तरह बड़े पेड़ लगाने है जमीन के चारो तरफ तो बोलता है कि जमीन पर विवाद हो गया है दूसरी जमीन ले लो। दूसरे रास्ते से उसी जमीन पर ले गया । अतिरिक्त पैसा और दूसरी कागजी कार्रवाई की मांग करने लगा। पुलिस की मदद से पैसा वापस लिया। पुलिस ने एफआईआर नही की पैसा दिला दिया। आम आदमी आसानी से जमीन हासिल नहीं कर सकता।

    Ab sir pls ye batayein ki yaha farm house liya jaye ki नहीं,आपके विडियोज देखने के बाद तो बिलकुल भी नहीं लेना चहिए।।

    सर हमारे पेरेंस ने सालासर विस्तार 1st के तहत सुरजपोल गेट गृह विकास सहकारी समिति लि. जयपुर से रेनवाल रोड नियर बड़ी डूंगरी स्टैंड जयपुर में प्लॉट लिया था और हमे इसकी लोकेशन नहीं पता चल रहीं तो कैसे पता करे और इसमें कोई प्रोब्मल तो नही होगी ना

    Sir, mene aaj Lalchand pura, niwaru road per plot dekha hai (society patta), 23k ki rate hai, already kafi basawat hai. Unhone kaha patta transfer nahi hota hai sale letter banta hai aur kuch Rs. 250/gaj ke hisab se dena hoga. Kya yah uchit hai ? mere kuch rishtedar bhi waha kuch 10 saal se rah rahe hai. Kya mujhe ye plot lena chahiye ?

My corner plot purchased in 1975at Nagpur (Ms),plot registry 40*60already done.But that plot is corner plot.& additional,20 feetplot is extra,Somy plot size total60*60in size,but extra plot registry they could not give me,society president told me present rate should you purchase the extra plot land & plot is in my possession.So I want Suggestion from you.       Or meri colony koi gated society bhi nahi hai coz usme se sector road bhi ja raha hai.

    1 . jaha pe residential development next 1-2 years me achha ho.
    2. city me bahut mehengi zameen hai. konsa area sahi rahega.
    3. aur builder k township me khareedni chaiye ya individual ?
    4. ye kese pata chalega k future me waha sabhi facility thik se manage hongi ya nahi

      Jda ka koi tax nahi 99 year ke liye. House tax ho sakta hai.

    Society patta ka plot 1st party se kharidne per society patta transfer karana thik hai ye Registry karwana, society main patta transfer ka khrcha Registry ka aadha aa raha hai, please guide Karen.

      यदि सोसाइटी ने जो सदस्यों की सूची है वह सहकारिता विभाग में जमा करा दी तो रजिस्ट्री कराना चाहिए

    Sir humne ek khet ki jameen mn plot lekar ghar bana lia hai bundi mn. Hamare pas registry hai...ab hum use 90b karwana chahte hai...to uska kua process h sir...please help...🙏

    सर मेने शुभ सिटी मे nims के पास 138 गज का प्लॉट खरीदा है कम्पनी बोल रही jda पटा आपके नाम हो जाये गा रजिस्ट्री कराने की जरुरत नहीं है क्या सही है
