If I had to say why I keep watching your channel it is because it is real life, warts and all, and that is so refreshing in my old age as I see people even my age pretending otherwise. Life is too short for pretending. There are glitches every day. Things don't go as planned. We deal with it. You and Moosie and your family deal with it. That's a lesson for everyone. Keep it up.

The only reason I have a kitchen is because it came with house… I don’t care for anyone’s cooking videos, I watch yours, but not my favorite. I love crafting, makeup, fashion, thrifting and love when you share your wealth of information on aging. I’m 67 and love to know what I MIGHT have coming. Like nose and ear hairs, etc. I had my right knee total replacement on August 1st, I’m sure enjoying anything you put out, but I am happy to share my favorites. God Bless you all!

Nanny, it seems to me that the slight down tick in the summer is probably due to people on vacation, busy with family, etc. As to your content, for me, it is your variety that is appealing. I think that by switching things up, you are a reflection of your community. We all have multiple facets to our lives as do you and Moosie. I personally enjoy that regardless of the subject, you share honestly and openly and thoughtfully. We are not ever led to believe that your life is all the “A side” of the record as some contributors do. We all have a “B side” to our lives, called day to day life, and your support of this helping so many. So keep changing things up as it suits you…..We will follow!❤😊

Nanny, I love your channel because of the variety of topics you cover. For me, the main thing I always get is a sense of companionship and connection. I live alone and have difficulty getting out. So when I found your channel, I found a friend that I can visit with easily. It makes my daily life less lonely. So if I'm not particularly interested in a topic you are covering, it's okay because I feel like I've spent time with a friend. So, I'm happy to watch no matter you're doing.😊

Nanny, since you lived in the UK and Scotland would love you to present tea history, tea flavors, tea sandwiches and the three tiered tea dishes ideas, what clotted cream is, tea etiquette. How fun it would be if you and family, sometime, had a tea party, dressing up with hats & fascinators. All contributed in some way.
Also what would be great.
Would like hearing more about vitamins, minerals. What each does for our bodies. When I became widowed I I would go 12 hours without eating and drinking. Paid no interest in food nor protein. Became shocked recently to see Senior Ladies need 47 grams protein a day. So now I keep boiled eggs in the fridge, as a quick snack. Realized I have to feed my body, if I want to have energy. Slowly I’m regaining my health. Love & blessings.
Love your chatty videos about your daily life, I find everything you speak about (in your beautiful voice) interesting as I’m in England.
Please consider getting some permanent help in the house when the children go back to school as you and Moosie would be much less tired and safer.

Here's a make-up tip: Apply one coat of mascara on your upper eyelashes, then using your finger dab a little baby powder on the under side of them and apply a second coating of mascara. Your lashes will be thick, not clumpy, and gorgeous❤ I had to wear a lot of stage makeup in high school in Santa Barbara when I was a member of The Barbarettes, organized and run by an ex-Radio City Rockettes as a small-scale spinoff of the Rockettes. When not wearing false eyelashes for performances, this is how we did our eyelashes.

I also very much enjoy it when you’re in the garden or taking your drives into town. I enjoy you talking about what you’ve been doing and your family. I very much enjoy you talking about your health (problems and all) and about what medicines you take or supplements you take or how you deal with your health problems, because that helps us older ones in knowing we’re not alone and it helps us to sometimes look into maybe taking what you’re taking or doing what you’re doing or at least think about it. I adore you and your videos with old photos of years prior, such as your time in Scotland, moving back to the U.S., and so on. Seeing your life and family and homes all along the way. It's all so beautiful to me (I wanted 7 children but have been single most of my life and have none) and makes me dream. I'm thrilled for you and Moosie and your family for having those times, for having such a fabulous family life. When I watch those and current videos I"m seeing someone live the life I dreamed of, and it's just so damn beautiful. Nanny: I love listening to your makeup & skin care tips, decorating, cooking, crafting. I just turned 70 this year & I am inspired by all of the things u choose to share. I was a NYC teacher for 28years! Before that, I worked for a bank for 20 years! This year I faced a few health challenges, (which I overcame). Please keep sharing. I love the video about skin, hair, & fashion from years ago! I went to Catholic HS & when I started we had to wear stockings with the garter or girdle, Thank God pantyhose came in! Hey Nanny - I’m here for it all, but I especially love the stories and pictures of your wonderful family. I can’t wait to see what you and Dub get into! I would love to see a whole video of just you and your three girls - I think that would be great and so much fun for you guys. I also love the field trips, especially when we go into the stores with you, which I know can’t be easy with just one hand. Side note: I saw the light come back into your eyes this year when you were able to get in the car and go again! I love to watch you paint…but I think it’s better when that heat dies down.
