I could tell that absolutely everyone will be praising T1 after this match but I just want to say that huge props to KT. They were high on the ZaZa the first 2 games but still fought back with everything they had, great mental. Really looking forward to them making Worlds, hopefully.
And they were drafted a shitshow the first two games too. Or rather they donated the draft to T1. So overall a really exciting series, and the classic as this is always the case between these two teams
Well in the top teams, adc's are pretty stacked, Viper has been insane (but rest of HLE is kinda FRAUD), Gala is insane, Guma for sure too, Peyz is really great too. I think it comes down to meta and current form, as well as how rest of team si doing, much more that slight difference in individual skill in between these. But Guma has surely stepped up a lot, from one of the least consistent parts of T1, to being maybe the best performing player on the roster.
Well, call me crazy but the gap between Guma and Ruler is very high i think. If Faker nickname is the unkillable demon king, then Ruler is the untouchable demon king. That guy almost play perfectly every single games

Guma's down bad side was 2022 msi and 2022 summer, apart from that, he actually is one of the most consistent ADC out there especiialy if the team properly peels and scales around him

Respect to Gumayushi. Ever since the World Final in 2022 (Guma stealing like 3 barons over the series) I have truly felt like he is the most clutch player on the team. All 5 are obviously great, but Zeus and Keria become worse in high stakes, and Faker or Oner certainly do not IMPROVE. But Guma somehow feels like he plays even better in these high stakes situations, which makes him a very, very important commodity for a team like T1. I hope they all learn from his clutch factor soon, so they can finally win a trophy.

I'll acknowledge the fact that T1 was getting outscaled and that Faker had the big balls to make the decision of a possible comeback play as he hadn't much of a choice, so it's a mistake forced by KT's draft with the Ryzee in top lane : you try a last fight despite being behind, or we'll end 5 minutes later. For the early to mid game yes. But in the late game they contested barons and elder and even managed to steal them. So I don't think they just sat there and did nothing like their last series. And also, if you're talking about luck. KT had the most luck for Game 5, I mean 2 baron steals and 1 elder. T1 just outplayed them.

What KT did was just a BIG gamble. And speaking of game 5, KT learned nothing. Zeus solo pushed uncontested last time, this time as well and KT did nothing. When you lose 2 T2 towers that early, on top of being behind CS and playing scaling champs then you are just begging to lose. Also, WTF are those first 2 games? I swear there's a big inside match fixing ring in Korea that people tend to ignore

That's why casters are always looking at macro answers of T1 if KT or any other team makes a play. You can't just say 'luck' to crossmap plays that usually needs to be prepared way before the exchange begin
