I’ve been doing yoga 2-3 times a week & notice that I am not as tense as I was before & am really enjoying it. I also know how to breathe now. Yoga is AMAZING. I also never wear face sunscreen in the day except obviously when I’m on the beach & I live in Miami for the same reason as you. It makes my skin feel dirty and oily

Vita I remember you were using a deodorant from the same brand Nateur and it has good ingredients but does it mark black clothing let’s say if you are wearing a tank top or dress with straps? And if it’s not too of a personal question can you recommend any deodorant brands for these occasions because it’s a real struggle for me.
