You have to buy the tach from the catalog and drop the envelope off at the shop in the mailbox and without mods it takes a few in game days to arrive so you go back to the shop (where you buy beer, food, etc) and pay at the register then they're outside on the side of the building on the fuel pump side
I don't have the digital dash mod but all mods get installed the same way. There's an easy tutorial video available bc it'd be a pain to explain through text
The bolt sizes is my favorite mod ever. Saves SO MUCH time, that and the backpack mod are both necessary
