you don’t need the engine stand to put the engine in, if the wheels are on you can use the beer case and put the engine on top of it to get the bolts to show up edit: 25:36 that light is the alternator not providing enough power to charge the battery, it’s just cause the rpms were low so it’s not a big issue
What Is putting in the engine that big of an issue for people for me it's ridiculously easy probably because I've built satsuma fully about a dozen times now but I never even used the beer cases I know the spits of where the bolts go in and even then My summer car leaves a lot of room for error like that engine can be off by a lot and the bolts will still appear
@@DJRS9045 well idk about you but k don't have the wheels instantly I'm done with the car pretty much before I even go to the store it's just easier to do the whole thing In one instead of getting the wheels and using a Beeg case to hold it up
@@ireallydontknow278 i finish the engine, and the chassis before i put the engine in the car, then i go get the wheels and use the beer case in the house, it’s way faster
@@DJRS9045 I would say it's faster to Finnish the engine and just put it in it's easy to do and way faster trust me if we were to Speedrun and we were done at the same time and you have to go get the wheels then I'll already have it in by the time you come back that's not a Speedrun that's losing time

for the halfshafts you can use the ratchet (same size) and its somewhat faster because you can scroll both ways still doesnt really make a difference, yet its slightly faster
Very good tutorial! The only thing that made me frustrated was that I thought I didn't need to buy any spare items for the preparations to start the build, because when I stumbled onto tires (Which I didn't have any) in the video, it was much complicated for me to continue building.
@@WazzupTN Yes, I have done a research on finding tires in the abandoned farmhouse, but I have died to bee nest, which I had no idea about, plus with a perma death. I have tried a different tutorial and I got the car running for the first time
@@blob0000 kinda makes the game word I mean that's kinda like saying "hate building satsuma, install a mod that makes the car for you " it takes away from the game like I get it of it's adding something to the game but outright removing it is bad because then there's no point to anything
great tutorial, with all leatest parts to install and perfect tune! I passed 1st try for first time, didn't even have to go to mechanic! thank you! Also great phonk at the end of the video!
I think it can be found in the dirt race track if you go in the direction of the shorter direction so if you go to rykipohja then there's a dirt track and the rpm cauge is there
Do people put it on the hoist before finishing it usually I put my engine on the hoist once it's ready to go into the car meaning it's fully done or almost at least
12 minutes into this video i ran out of food and took the ruscko to the shop. on the way i stopped to get out for the alcohol inspection and got hit by a car 41.4 hrs and never built the satsuma
Followed along every point and the car was working. I did one little test run around the house and then followed your tuning steps and the next day it will start but as soon as I shift gears it moves a foot and then makes a bang noise then it stops completely.
probably because the car needs to warm up, and the car is stalling. a simple fix is to hold down the clutch and rev in first gear, then release the clutch.
That's the fuel air mixture being off if it is you need to buy the fuel to air mixture cauge in the magazine it's the one that costs like 800 mk and it has the colors red green and yellow on it if you're trying to find it that thing shows you the fuel to air mixture and for a good fuel to air ratio you need the cauge to show about 14.9 At least that's what worked for me as the car also used to bang and then once that was done it no longer banged obviously to change the fuel to air mixture you need to use the screwdriver on the flathead bolt in the carburator it's on the inside part of the engine meaning it's hard to see but twist that until it shows 14.9
The battery might fall off a couple times but if this is a problem connect the battery connections first but then again you shouldn't have the battery in anyways while wiring the car because if you do the the whole thing will catch fire
Got up the wiring part, saw it was late IRL, went to sleep in-game to save so I can continue the day after. And that's how I found out the game DOESN'T save when sleeping, but rather when going to the toilet. Back at square 1 we go!
If things clip through the ground they will actually reaper at a junk yard near I think the entrance to the highway if you go through the shorter way clipped things will always reaper there and this goes for any item so it's snot lost its just at the junk yard so you just gotta go there
i was just finished until i realised i hadn't put the halfshafts lol. probably consider making your clips longer than 0.5 seconds, could help a little. other than that amazing tutorla
This is the best tutorial out there! The only thing that frustrated me was that i sometimes couldn't find the bolts, like the brake lining for example. Maybe for some bolts that are hard to find you can show where they are also.
So after 30.8 hours I finally go to take it on a ride and the engine goes straight up into flames 😀👍 Good tutorial, I had some issues with the game itself where I couldn't fill the radiator all the way and my thingy mabob just turned black out of nowhere which is most likely the cause.
@@WazzupTN Probably not, will try again but the ignition has completely stopped working which is another ballache. Great tutorial tho, well explained and detailed. Thank you for making it
You need to open the bolts on the hoist there's one connected to the engine block and another one somewhere I can't remember the name of that part but the brownish looking pipes loosen those size 10 bolts up and it should fall off
yo brother, did you ever put oil in the oil pan? it was either me that just simply forgot to, or you forgot to in the tutorial. thanks anyway man i fixed it now!@@WazzupTN
I ha finished the car but i needed gas and a battery. so i drove the boat and it ran out of gas and i had to svim so i died there goes 5 hrs of my life
Take the battery out If the car makes sparks then the battery is connected The easiest way to fix that is to just take it off when you're wiring stuff Also when removing the battery it has the same thing when removing it you go for negative first and when putting it in you go positive first if these are not followed the car will get set on fire obviously if you don't have a fire extinguisher it's pretty much over for satsuma
@@ireallydontknow278 Thanks man but now the car starts and revs but it wont shift even if all the fluids are filled and the halfshafts are bolteds, also the shifter linkage.
@@Random_Car_Guy could be an issue with the gearbox if it is with the gearbox the it's gotta be a restart as the gearbox is one of the most expensive items in the game (I think it costs like 3000 marks or at least somewhere in that ballpark)
dunno what i did wrong with this guide, engine started and ran before, turned the engine off, did the wheel alignment, now whenever i try to turn the key the car doesn’t even start, the battery says it’s okay in the charger (needle is on the left) and all my wires haven’t been touched since it started before, i’ve got no idea what i did wrong here FIXED, battery died but was bugged and didn’t say so until the power was on, if you’re having the same issue as me and bought the battery at the start of the save without putting it on the charger you’re likely experiencing the same issue as me
@@WazzupTN yep did that, turns out the battery died over time as i didn’t get the engine up and bought the battery early, forgot to put it on the charger to save its charge, it’s unfortunately quite an expensive mistake to make lol
I only had the fuel left.... and i was gonna flip it to the right side, but it was too close to the ground so it fell trough the world, where can i find another gas can??

The right and left rear trail arms break off when I install a coil spring even when fully floorjacked into the air and bolt fully tightened. I’m at a loss.
Those Pistons might not have been attached or then they just broke A piston breaking is actually the worst thing that can happen in this game as the pistons are inside the engine block and thus when a piston breaks it will break either the oil pan or the engine block and let me tell ya if it's that engine block then good luck trying to buy a new one without the money case or without the shit truck as a new engine block costs a massive 8000mk But yeah most likely your pistons just broke which resulted in the getting flung out and they obviously broke something in the process
bro you're not supposed to fully assemble the engine before hanging it on the motor hoist, took me two hours to do it the same way you did and almost gave up..had to use the green gasoline can as a support cause the beer case was too high for it...
@@WazzupTN lol its just that its easier to mount it on the motor hoist while the engine still has a leveled surface, anyway just lost my save..died in the most buggy way possible backing up at half a mile per hour, didnt knew permadeath was thing ;-;

You forget the oil pan 13MM x 1
you don’t need the engine stand to put the engine in, if the wheels are on you can use the beer case and put the engine on top of it to get the bolts to show up
edit: 25:36 that light is the alternator not providing enough power to charge the battery, it’s just cause the rpms were low so it’s not a big issue
What
Is putting in the engine that big of an issue for people for me it's ridiculously easy probably because I've built satsuma fully about a dozen times now but I never even used the beer cases I know the spits of where the bolts go in and even then
My summer car leaves a lot of room for error like that engine can be off by a lot and the bolts will still appear
@@ireallydontknow278 i’ve built the satsuma plenty of times too, but the beer case strat is good for speed running the car build, it’s really fast

Wazzup, thank you for these videos man just started the game n your playlist for my summer car has been very helpful, salute to you my friend!
I'm happy to help new players❤️
It's a thousand times easier to put on the gear box before getting the engine on the hoist.
Thank you for the guide though. I really appreciate it.
Thanks so much I been trying to put the engine on for 30-40 mins this help a lot ty
Ty sm I stayed 1 hours trying to figure out on how to out it❤
for the halfshafts you can use the ratchet (same size) and its somewhat faster because you can scroll both ways
still doesnt really make a difference, yet its slightly faster
Very good tutorial! The only thing that made me frustrated was that I thought I didn't need to buy any spare items for the preparations to start the build, because when I stumbled onto tires (Which I didn't have any) in the video, it was much complicated for me to continue building.
tires now you can find them in the abandoned house
on previous update u can find them at home
@@WazzupTN Yes, I have done a research on finding tires in the abandoned farmhouse, but I have died to bee nest, which I had no idea about, plus with a perma death. I have tried a different tutorial and I got the car running for the first time
Yeah I'm still wondering why those wheels are in the mansion
Just install a mod that removes wasps
@@blob0000 kinda makes the game word I mean that's kinda like saying "hate building satsuma, install a mod that makes the car for you " it takes away from the game like I get it of it's adding something to the game but outright removing it is bad because then there's no point to anything
for anyone having difficulties putting engine to hoist skip to te next part with gearbox and after gearbox try again with the hoist
put ön the gearbox first and its easy
Thank you for the fast guide while also going into details you deserve more subscribers! 👍
Great job man I have been waiting for someone to go into full detail to put it together thank you keep up the awesome videos
Thank you brad!❤️
great tutorial, with all leatest parts to install and perfect tune! I passed 1st try for first time, didn't even have to go to mechanic! thank you! Also great phonk at the end of the video!
How? he never set the screws in the halfshaft?
She's running, Thanks for the tutorial!
your welcome! ^^
I think the rpm gauge can be found in somewhere in the repair guys junkyard (idk if its a junkyard)
it’s not i. the junkyard, it’s at the dirt race track along with the gt grille
Can just order it from the magazine on the work bench
I think it can be found in the dirt race track if you go in the direction of the shorter direction so if you go to rykipohja then there's a dirt track and the rpm cauge is there
if people are struggling with putting the engine on the hoist, add the gearbox and then do it as it levels the engine
Thank you kind stranger
Do people put it on the hoist before finishing it usually I put my engine on the hoist once it's ready to go into the car meaning it's fully done or almost at least
@@ireallydontknow278 it's completely personal preference lol
for me the bolts dont show up
@@mrteigen1932 yeah because it needs to be in a very certain position for the bolts to show, and the gearbox just levels it

Thanks for help. I had to do this two times because my engine flew away XD
This is super cool tutorial, keep the good work up!
great video man i js love how you went straight to building the car it really helped new sub
Followed along every point and the car was working. I did one little test run around the house and then followed your tuning steps and the next day it will start but as soon as I shift gears it moves a foot and then makes a bang noise then it stops completely.
probably because the car needs to warm up, and the car is stalling. a simple fix is to hold down the clutch and rev in first gear, then release the clutch.
u gotta tune the carburator@@carterbennett7528
That's the fuel air mixture being off if it is you need to buy the fuel to air mixture cauge in the magazine it's the one that costs like 800 mk and it has the colors red green and yellow on it if you're trying to find it that thing shows you the fuel to air mixture and for a good fuel to air ratio you need the cauge to show about 14.9
At least that's what worked for me as the car also used to bang and then once that was done it no longer banged obviously to change the fuel to air mixture you need to use the screwdriver on the flathead bolt in the carburator it's on the inside part of the engine meaning it's hard to see but twist that until it shows 14.9
When I was at the start of the wiring mess, the battery fell out and wouldn't go back in, so I had to restart all my progress.
what?? battery always goes back
The battery might fall off a couple times but if this is a problem connect the battery connections first but then again you shouldn't have the battery in anyways while wiring the car because if you do the the whole thing will catch fire
Got up the wiring part, saw it was late IRL, went to sleep in-game to save so I can continue the day after.
And that's how I found out the game DOESN'T save when sleeping, but rather when going to the toilet. Back at square 1 we go!
You did great, video was very informative and helped me a bunch
im happy to hear that
yooo, one of the longest wazzup videos

this game is amazing already

My motor is in the wall😭
Man idont know how to thank you for the guide the car runs perfectly
thanks man it actually started!!!!
I was wiring and the wiring mess literally disappeared, I made the sad mistake of saving after they disappeared and now that save is rendered useless
u can get it back with msceditor
If things clip through the ground they will actually reaper at a junk yard near I think the entrance to the highway if you go through the shorter way clipped things will always reaper there and this goes for any item so it's snot lost its just at the junk yard so you just gotta go there
i was just finished until i realised i hadn't put the halfshafts lol. probably consider making your clips longer than 0.5 seconds, could help a little. other than that amazing tutorla
Thanks my man❤. Got man car to work🎉🎉

Good tutorial bro best ive ever seen short and good!
i'm glad that u liked it
This is the best tutorial out there! The only thing that frustrated me was that i sometimes couldn't find the bolts, like the brake lining for example. Maybe for some bolts that are hard to find you can show where they are also.
Nice Video
Thanks!
Had to build 1/4 . 3 times bc it didnt save and when i got my jonnez out of the way i died bc of "moped accident" but i only was trying to start it
So after 30.8 hours I finally go to take it on a ride and the engine goes straight up into flames 😀👍 Good tutorial, I had some issues with the game itself where I couldn't fill the radiator all the way and my thingy mabob just turned black out of nowhere which is most likely the cause.
msc is buggy sometime, btw did u tune the carburator correctly?
@@WazzupTN Probably not, will try again but the ignition has completely stopped working which is another ballache. Great tutorial tho, well explained and detailed. Thank you for making it

I just cant get the engine on the engine hoist
try to see if u did put the engine on the right side
You need to open the bolts on the hoist there's one connected to the engine block and another one somewhere I can't remember the name of that part but the brownish looking pipes loosen those size 10 bolts up and it should fall off

if you HATE THE ENGINE HOIST just dump the engine in the car an install it. thats what i did
bro who the hell figured this out on thier own is a chad
I got shocked to death after installing the afr gauge💀
oh no x)))))
Take the battery out
If the car makes sparks then the battery is connected The easiest way to fix that is to just take it off when you're wiring stuff
Also when removing the battery it has the same thing when removing it you go for negative first and when putting it in you go positive first if these are not followed the car will get set on fire obviously if you don't have a fire extinguisher it's pretty much over for satsuma
@@ireallydontknow278 Thanks man but now the car starts and revs but it wont shift even if all the fluids are filled and the halfshafts are bolteds, also the shifter linkage.
@@Random_Car_Guy could be an issue with the gearbox if it is with the gearbox the it's gotta be a restart as the gearbox is one of the most expensive items in the game (I think it costs like 3000 marks or at least somewhere in that ballpark)

dunno what i did wrong with this guide, engine started and ran before, turned the engine off, did the wheel alignment, now whenever i try to turn the key the car doesn’t even start, the battery says it’s okay in the charger (needle is on the left) and all my wires haven’t been touched since it started before, i’ve got no idea what i did wrong here
FIXED, battery died but was bugged and didn’t say so until the power was on, if you’re having the same issue as me and bought the battery at the start of the save without putting it on the charger you’re likely experiencing the same issue as me
Same
@@mathiasgjen8162 my battery was glitched, had to buy a new one
try to buy another battery or maybe check the cables again
@@WazzupTN yep did that, turns out the battery died over time as i didn’t get the engine up and bought the battery early, forgot to put it on the charger to save its charge, it’s unfortunately quite an expensive mistake to make lol
damn xD@@theboostedbass5297
I only had the fuel left.... and i was gonna flip it to the right side, but it was too close to the ground so it fell trough the world, where can i find another gas can??
def u gonna find it in the junkyard

IT OWRKS DUDE!!!!
this is a game to test patience on low patience having people
true...
@@WazzupTN yea thx for the video, but the game failed to meet my request to FREAKING COMPLY
The right and left rear trail arms break off when I install a coil spring even when fully floorjacked into the air and bolt fully tightened. I’m at a loss.
That's because it has 2 bolts, the other one is hidden on the other side, you have to use the jack and find it there.
i'm so fucking mad, almost fully built out the satsuma just to realize permadeath was on by default, 5 hours of my life wasted.
Nice 😊
I CANT PUT INPSECTION COWER WHAT THE HELL
untighten the bolts first
@@WazzupTN Thanks it helped
8.42 best one
at the motor hoist something is not good men you added somethin to the motor and i can t attach it
which one?
small problem:idk what i did wrong but when driving 2 pistons went flying
maybe you didnt allign that one cog he told us to align with the marking on the engine housing
Those Pistons might not have been attached or then they just broke
A piston breaking is actually the worst thing that can happen in this game as the pistons are inside the engine block and thus when a piston breaks it will break either the oil pan or the engine block and let me tell ya if it's that engine block then good luck trying to buy a new one without the money case or without the shit truck as a new engine block costs a massive 8000mk
But yeah most likely your pistons just broke which resulted in the getting flung out and they obviously broke something in the process
very good tutorial worked for me 1st try
well the engine worked, i went to town, i came back, it doesnt anymore
i think ur savegame started with bad engine condition
@@WazzupTN oh u were right ty again
❤
I followed this completely and my car doesn't actuall run 😂😂😂😂
send me ur save game on discord & let me check the issue
@@WazzupTN thank you but I have no idea how to do that man 😂😂 not doubting your mechanical abilities I am just a clown 😂😂
The timing might be bad
Tune it
I dunno im a noob
It runs perfectly, but it chokes a little bit at the start, but it's drivable.
i cant put in my alt belt why is that happening?
Brooo when i was putting the engine on the car from the hoist, the whole engine just disappeared😞
MSC bugs......
@@WazzupTN im so sad bro i spent so much time on it😞
i died not even being half into the tutorial of a goddamn wasp
same 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
My car started 🎉🎉🎉
thanks man my car worked and i got "it runs" achievement
I did everything step by step and my car refuses to start. everything else is working, but the motor doesnt sound.
Why does the dash fall off when I try to put the meters on, even though it’s all tightened
My CAT starts but after tuning the dashboard dosent even work
maybe battery died
You need to wire all of those up if they aren't connected to the battery then obviously they won't work
TIP: When putting the engine into motor hoist attach the gearbox first
Thank you so much
bro you're not supposed to fully assemble the engine before hanging it on the motor hoist, took me two hours to do it the same way you did and almost gave up..had to use the green gasoline can as a support cause the beer case was too high for it...
i was trying to make it a lil bit realistic xD
@@WazzupTN lol its just that its easier to mount it on the motor hoist while the engine still has a leveled surface, anyway just lost my save..died in the most buggy way possible backing up at half a mile per hour, didnt knew permadeath was thing ;-;
damn....i always backup my save game @@DaleC0oper
My satsuma starts but when I put it in gear the car jerks a couple of times, it turns off and it doesn't start again nor does any light appear on the frame, what can I do? I need help
same here
instructions were unclear. My car lit on fire
