no because when u finish all last dose and dax call you DO NOT HANG UP AS SOON AS HE CALL U when u call u wait when HE ends the call then u get it

They're modded cars with bennys wheels, you can find people in the community selling them in the LS car meet or you can do the bennys merge yourself
