it was about time we raced the BRZ vs the WRX... yes they both have the same FA20 motor, but they are two COMPLETELY different cars... The 2015 WRX is full bolt on and the 2015 BRZ is full bolt on with the GReddy Turbo kit!

@@Dan-su1zq uhh dustin's WRX just lost to his BRZ which has ~280whp on an e-30 mix. For reference, TJ's BRZ has a built motor and is ~290whp on 91 and ~450/460whp on e-85.

@@genr1c yeah man, Dustin raced TJ's BRZ when it was supercharged. At the time he "only" made 420whp on e-85. But at the time he raced Dustin he was just on 91, so sub 290hp

@@brandonar868 The only way negative camber can slow you down in a straight line is traction, and it's awd, so he has no issues with traction. He has awd, wide ass tires and not enough power to wheelspin with an awd setup.

I loved this video so much, I really am enjoying seeing Danny on UA-cam again, and I think you guys making content together works really well. I also just love seeing the street races between cars, its what I want all car youtubers to do that they almost never do. Yes, they are both FA20's. But the BRZ FA20 has a much high compression ratio, needing much less boost to get the same amount of power. Put some c16/e85 in it and watch it go!

The WRX has the FA20F where the BRZ has the FA20D they have different compression ratios.

If those rays were put in the back the WRX would have been smoked. Even seeing your BRZ with stocks in the back I was rooting for the BRZ ! Lol the power was too similar and the BRZ is hundreds of lbs lighter. Great video Dustin 🤙

It's the gearing! The brz/frs got longer gearing and I feel like thats helping here alot but regardless, 86's ftw!

Exactly! we are in the processes of building one of our R32 GT-R's for 1000hp. ran at 630hp for over a year, and wasn't enough lol.
