30 fps to 120 fps realistic talking Is almost impossible with a bad laptop. It can happen for a short time but you'll definitely do damage to laptop due to heating eventho you have a cooler under the laptop, you cannot cool the inside of the laptop and eventually you'll get mechanical damage
