I'm glad that you do these types of videos, When I see the effort you & Aaron plus staff do I then don't feel so bad when my flowers don't look "like Laura's flowers". Sometimes I forget that there is a lot that goes into having a beautiful garden that would be video worthy. My flowers may not be huge covering a pot like a carpet but I love them just the same. As long as the pollinators keep coming back, especially the hummingbirds, I'm happy. Have a lovely day.

After I told my husband about your setup he got me a 50 gallon tank and put in the back of my Gator, of course I don’t have the amount you have to water so he just hooked up to the battery. It is a game changer for me and my back as I’m near 70 with a bad back so no longer have to carry my watering can around. BTW he loves it when I say well Laura does…

Absolutely timely for me -- I have to fertilize today!!! I am the granddaughter of a farmer -- and life on the farm never stops. You guys are the same -- everyday something must be done so your gorgeous world can exist. It's amazing. I get it -- I have a small urban flower garden and I am always doing something -- scale is much different -- LOL!!!

My friend fertilizes her annuals every day (with inexpensive miracle grow)and I thought it was too much but she does grow the biggest and prettiest annuals so I guess she’s onto something! I tend to do mine more weekly, thinking to follow the directions is better. Interesting to hear that growers say more is good.
A friend once advised me to use Miracle Gro EVERY time I watered (around every 2 days depending on rain). I had a sidewalk flower bed of annual salvia and they grew tall and green and a little bit of red flowers. I switched to only using fertilizer once a week after that.

One of my favorite times of the day is when I water my plants in the morning, it’s my time to enjoy my hard work of planting up all my annual containers. I also agree with Laura’s opinion on the Proven Winners fertilizer, my plants haven’t looked better since I started using it a few years ago. Now that I finished my morning. Idea and cup of tea it’s time to check on my plants after our storms last night.

I tuned into this video tonight and I heard y’all talking about a play area for your kiddos. I get not wanting a big playground equipment installed that they’ll get tired of and then you have this big structure in the way. The spot that you have your baby girl’s little swing in would be a great spot for a tire swing. Or, a single swing with a wooden seat big enough for mom and dad to use too. I’m sure these ideas have already crossed your minds though. Y’all’s place is absolutely stunning! I know y’all know how blessed you are to have what have. love the sound of that rain! i am working on being more consistent with my fertilizing and pest prevention this year, and whoa.. what a difference it makes in the health and beauty of the garden... love watching this to see how you do it on such a large scale.. Aaron is so good at solving the puzzle of 'efficiency' and finding the way to make design and products do most of the work... i use the section method you introduced us to years ago, and i love it... while it's not always perfect, it's a method that works for me and the garden is in pretty good shape most of the time... thank you for the ideas, the lessons, and the follow-up videos as your methods have changed over the years.. now... if i could just find a Paul and/or Bethany..... 🤣🤣 have a great holiday!! 🥰❤ thanks for the video!! 🥰❤

We woke up to a beautiful rain yesterday, been praying for it for weeks.
So refreshing to see the rain, especially since it will be 114 degrees here today (Phoenix Arizona). You and Aaron have this down to a science! Considering how much you have to fertilize, an hour is pretty speedy. Thanks for taking us along - it reminded me I need to fertilize also! Happy Fourth! ❤️🤍💙
The sprayer set up is awesome! It sure beats my idea of trying to hook up the pressure washer to our tank!
So the pressure washer is the power and pump. You must have a battery operated pressure washer. How do you connect it to the tank! still trying to figure this out.
@@susanmarquette4206 I was trying to figure it out as well🤣 We have a 275 gallon tank on the back of the ranger with a simple hose attachment and use gravity to water-a very slow process. It sounded like a good idea to me, but the hubby just smiled and nodded. His nice version of an eye roll pehaps🤔😊 Aaron's invention makes a lot more sense!

I encourage maintenance all the time with annuals! I've had mine in full bloom til October here in Michigan. Most people won't invest the time in them because they'll eventually die. However, I've had some pop up the following season so you just never know! I use a bloom booster once a month and spray the Bonide Super Insecticidal Soap. Gonna look into the Bt spray. ❤

Thanks for showing the enormity of fertilizing all the gardens. Two things hit me, I had just given my house plants a bit of a turn to keep the structure balanced and noticed that your monster urns and the hayracks do not need to be treated the same way when there is so much overhead sun and wide spaces (a little different than the suburbs). The coleus seem to have grown substantially since you put them in the ground.

Greeting's from Ireland, your garden is beautiful, I live in rural Ireland and have a small front garden with three flower beds and fifty six pot's. I feed the pots with tomato feed once a week and the flower beds are fertilised with fish blood and bone and mulched with homemade compost in March.
